Great customer service
I hired a rotovator to do some landscaping at home, it was the first time using one or hiring tools from WHC. An easy experience to organise drop off and collection, the team were very helpful in explaining how to use it and where to get assistance if I needed it. Great experience from start to finish with WHC when hiring a rotovator from them recently.
Dropped of and collected when agreed. Great advice on how to use the tool.
When i had an issue, I called the shop during closed hours and left a message. Within an hour the manager called me and then visited my house (on a Sunday) and got the tool working again for me.
Best customer service I've had in many years.
Will be the go to for all my future tool hires.

I have used the Worcester store for hire of garden machinery as a domestic client 3 times now and intend to do so for the foreseeable. I am a woman and even though I hardly know what I am talking about, when it comes to advice on what best to use for my garden they give practical advise and instructions on how to use the machinery. They even dropped it off and collected it within 30 minutes on a Saturday. I couldn't rate them enough!
