Lovely box of surprises
I love the selection of items that you can choose from and it was easy to put in my order. The parcel arrived fairly quickly as well. Most importantly, my friend was super happy with the gift and it helped to cheer her up!

So thoughtful and unique
I was really happy with the present I ordered for my boyfriend. He wasn’t feeling well, so I picked the little heart with “Get Better Soon” and honestly, no one else in my city offers “get well soon” gifts like this! I was also worried I wouldn’t find anything related to history, because he’s a total history nerd, but he absolutely loved the book and the effort behind the whole gift.
Despite him being a bit inattentive (typical men!) and accidentally throwing away the bracelet and the sweets that were at the bottom of the box, he was still incredibly happy. So thank you very much I will definitely order again!
It would be wonderful if you could expand the selection of historical books (i’m not talking about royals ). The website also glitched a little when I tried to add an extra card with my custom message it just wouldn’t add it to the basket for some reason even though I tried three times.
Other than that I’m extremely satisfied. Highly recommend! ❤️

Great customer service
Unfortunately, Royal Mail managed to screw up the delivery of a gift box, but Where Bluebirds Fly customer service team were fab in sorting it out!
Once the gift arrived, it was very much loved.
Would recommend.

Great gift pack for avid readers
Easy to order, well priced products. Wish there was a few more titles to choose from but good selection regardless. Nice options for treats to add to gift pack. Good feedback from gift recipients. Have ordered from here a few times, fast, prompt and reliable.

We’ve checked your order and it looks like the ‘no gift message’ option was selected when building your gift box, which means a card and message wouldn’t have been included or come through to us with the order information. If a message was added earlier, it would only be removed if the ‘no gift message’ box was selected afterwards — it’s an easy thing to miss when editing your gift. We apologise again for any disappointment and hope the person you sent it to still enjoyed your gift. We’ll also take another look at how that step appears on screen to help avoid any confusion in future. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

I ordered a custom gift box for an ill loved one. I am overseas and wished I could be there with them, so the ability to be able to hand pick items gives such a personal touch to the gift and the recipient was thrilled! Fantastic options to choose from. I will definitely be using this company again to send gifts to my family and friends!
