Very fast posting and wow what a lovely shoe iv brought these to go with a navy dress for my Xmas party (first one in 15 years) so I thought I would make the effort. Even my daughter likes the shoes and she never likes anything I buy, quality is excellent I carnt wait until December to wear them thank you

I ordered a pair of shoes for a wedding through Debenhams which came from third party supplier Where that’s from.
I wasn’t in when Royal Mail delivered so went to pick them up from sorting office on 16th September. However, when I got there the parcel was in a plastic bag with damaged on it and box inside was opened, there was one shoe in it. I was asked if wanted to refuse parcel which I obviously did as not much use with one shoe.
On 24th September I received a message from someone local to me with similar address (different postcode) to say they had got a parcel for me from RM wrongly delivered to them which I went to collect. Upon collection it was shoe I had refused still in bag with damage sticker on and refused box ticked.
I took it and said would contact Where that’s from/Debenhams direct.
After lots of messages and me sending several pictures they have basically accused me of making false allegations as was sent out in tact and apparently Royal Mail don’t use different packaging for health and safety reasons and never deliver to wrong addresses. Although I receive parcels for wrong addresses all the time they think I went to the bother of printing a Royal Mail label myself for a pair of £25 shoes.
I offered to send it back but weren’t interested and fact they have accused me of lying to them is disgusting.
Reading other reviews lack of customer service seems to be an ongoing problem and maybe Debenhams should be looking at them as a third party supplier.
