Terrible customer service and communication!

First order sent wrong shoes which I had to return.
Re-ordered and they took my money and confirmed order and delivery date. Then the next day sent a refund notification of £10 with no explanation - when I queried this they then refunded the rest of my order and said item was no longer available.
I won’t be ordering from them again!

Horrendous company-dishonest trying to take customers money. I returned items via Royal Mail in the original one package as requested by them, for them to claim they hadn’t received half the items. After weeks of messages with Debenhams being the middle man, I did some research and sent Debenhams all the trust pilot reviews of the same issue. Then randomly got the refund. Painful and infuriating process.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this company through Debenhams, returned them same day as i returned other items back to stores through debenhams, have had my refund from the other companies within a few days. Having an online battle with them on a daily basis, on my initial email to them as per their policy i told them they were being returned. I returned via their postage through Royal Mail, i have tracking and proof of postage etc, first reply from them was unfortunately we haven’t received your return, shown them all proof and now say they cannot find my order with them, strange… wont ever use this company again.. its now been 14 days and still no refund despite tracking showing they received this on 1st June, its now 12th June…

Returned a Matalan order, delivery to them confirmed 6 days ago but no sign of a refund.

Appalling company. Avoid. Ordered an "infant" size and got an adult one. Asked for refund. They deducted £3 for postage even though I paid the postage. Tried to claim but persistently sent a receipt stating they had paid the full amount despite me sending copy of my statement showing reduced amount. No way of talking to anyone so just have to give up. I'm very angry.

Ordered Nubuck sandals through Matalan. Nubuck is leather, but these are NOT leather!! Nowhere in item description did it say these are man-made. Left 1 star review, but it didn't show on their reviews. Left a 2nd 1 star review and it doesn't show either. AVOID. Now wondering if my refund will arrive. Judging by other reviews I'm very doubtful.

I WAS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN DEBENHAMS AND THAT IS FRAUD .NEW SYSTEM FOR DEBENHAMS IN STEALING CUSTOMER'S MONEY.I BOUGHT 4 PAIRS OF SHOES ON THE 18/01/24 AND I RETURNED 3 PAIRS OF SHOES IMMEDIATELY .THEY MAKE REFUND FOR ONLY 1 PAIR ON THE 26TH OF JANUARY OF £57.01 WHICH IS GLITTER JUNO WIDE FIT LOW WEDGE PEEP TOE METALLIC GOLD AND THE REMAINING 2 PAIRS ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND.AM STILL WAITING FOR RUTH WIDE FIT HIGH BLOCK HEEL SANDAL AND EDITH WIDE FIT BLOCK HEEL SLINGBACK ,THEY WERE TOO SMALL FOR ME IT WAS SIZE 8 COST £52.98 NOT YET REFUNDED INTO MY ACCOUNT ,AFTER SENDING THEM THE RECEIPT FROM THE POST,ALL THE 3 PAIRS OF SHOES ARE IN THE SAME BAG ,I HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS TO CUSTOMER SERVICES,SEND EMAIL TO FLORELYN,IVAN,SULTAN ,ALL IN VAIN AND THAT IS STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS. I STRUGGLE TO GET THE MONEY TO BUY MYSELF GOOD THINGS.
PLEASE,IF ANY ONE COULD HELP ME OUT TO CHECK THE RETURN DEPARTMENT.I WLL BE GRATEFUL.

Ordered some boots via Matalan, they came covered in mould. I returned in December, they received the boots back on 2nd January. I'm still waiting for a refund. (Stolen money at this point) I have contacted them twice still no response. Wouldn't recommend or use again.

Lovely sandals, packaged with great care and super fast delivery. Only tried them on briefly to check the fit but they felt very comfortable

Lovely Shoes, well made and carefully packaged. Individually wrapped. Shoes/sandals were better than the pictures. Loved the lilac colour. True to size.

Double charged at the checkout and haven’t had my money back. One pair of boots arrived and really cheap quality. Beware. Won’t order again!!!!

Rubbish quality, rubbish return policy - not using them again -

Ridiculously small and no obvious sign of how to return them. Extremely frustrating. Will not deal with this company again.

Delivery very quick but unfortunately the shoes were to small so I have arranged to return them and I am impressed at how easy it was and at no charge to me so have already bought a replacement in a bigger size - will highly recommend this company

This is the third pair of shoes that I have bought black sliver and gold. The most comfortable shoes that I have bought. Can wear them all day long.

I love Dorothy perkins online, it's actually debenhams and has lots of shops and designers. I'm obsessed with all the fabulous discounts

Bought a pair of boots from them through Debenhams. I returned them. Where’s that from emailed me saying I’ll receive a refund within 10 working days. 3 months later no refund. Completely unreliable. They don’t answer emails.
Avoid!

Worst company ever! Didn’t send my order and didn’t refund my money. Stay clear of this company! They rip people off!!!
