I changed from a well known green sign in Huddersfield who I would not recommend to anyone.
Belong have a Top polite service by all with a no messing attitude no strange stories no blaming Brexit and keep you informed all the way unlike the local green sign agents.

Excellent Estate Agent. Very friendly, helpful and kept me updated all the way through the process.

I can not fault the service we have received from Belong, Katie in particular. They were always on hand to offer advice and chase answers from other parties. They always returned calls promptly and made everything clear and simple.

A great experience, despite the setbacks. Moving house is always stressful. Putting your house on the market, looking for a new one, jumping through all the legal hoops, all add to the stress. James White and his staff have been friendly, helpful and supportive all the way through. A locally based business that knows the area and provides a great service. I thoroughly recommend them.

Twice I’ve sold my house with belong and both times within a month at very close to asking price. The staff are amazing and lovely, and have had to be to put up with me! I wouldn’t sell with anyone else. They just do MORE than other estate agents. They go the extra mile and really get to know you and what you need at this stressful time. I will miss Katie! Spoke to her so much she’s got me through it (again). Thank you to everyone there.

Nothing but positives to say about James and his team. I have moved on several occasions and I have never come across an estate agent offering the personal touch as I experienced. Including updates left post each viewing, the ability to contact James for an update at anytime on any day and also the virtual reality offering to showcase your property! I also cannot thank James enough for going the extra mile time and time again to help in areas which he didn’t need to including contacting solicitors to chase and speedup exchange.

I never usually write reviews but myself and my husband were very impressed with Belong when we sold with them earlier this year.
We have used many local estate agents in the past and have not experienced anything like the level of service we got from James and his staff. The service given was friendly, yet very professional, and not in any way 'pushy'. We felt as if we got a real 'personal' service in all aspects. It is the only time we have paid an estate agent and thought 'it was worth the money', in the past we have been left with the feeling of 'what the hell did they do for that fee'.
Would definitely recommend Belong to all !!!!

Making the decision to list our house for sale with Belong was 100% the correct decision. Their marketing and branding is so appealing, our house sold so much quicker than we had imagined. But the main reason I will sing their praises is that they were professional, organised, warm and friendly and extremely good at communicating with us. Don’t hesitate to sell, buy or let a property with them!

Couldn't recommend Belong highly enough - thoroughly attentive throughout, recently helped step in to solve a delicate situation for both tenant & landlord. Available at all hours, great advice and great marketing. Would certainly use again in the future.
