First time buying from the whiskey auction. The whole process was so easy and the delivery time was so quick and arrived in perfect condition. I'm waiting for the next auction to take place so I can grab some more great whisky.

Fees are way too high…
Fees are way too high… with the listing fees and the commission fees. My sales totalling £154.00 went through and I ended up with £85.50. Nearly 50% in fees!
I’ll probably not bother again in the future as there are others that do similar that charge less.
I’ve read your response and it’s still stupid. Fees are too high end of.

Upon reviewing your valuation, it appears that the final results were largely in line with this estimate. the perfect service
unsure how best to maximise the value of my bottle of whisky, i contacted Whisky.Auction for advice.
from the outset, all communication was clear, concise, informative & friendly. the estimated value they initially gave me, based on their knowledge of the market & previous sales they had handled, was spot on as it turned out.

Used this site for the first time and…
Used this site for the first time and was positively surprised about the entire process from A to Z, it went very smoothly. Also when sending a package from outside the United Kingdom. What I find particularly positive is that you are kept well informed - and the communication is good. You get a response within a few hours and the payments are actually made within a few days after the end of the auction. Seems to me like a reliable and honest site where the commission costs are also reasonable.

Goid selection, good value.
I use 3 or 4 whisky auctions and would note that Whisky Auction has always been a good experience. They always have an interesting selection up for sale and overall price including buyers commission, delivery and insurance is good value. I'll keep using.
