Received the item and it was perfect. Easy set-up and we started using right away. The shipment came faster than expected which was great. Whitaker Brothers site was easy to use and the price was amazing. Would recommend the item as well as Whitaker Brothers for your next purchase.

We knew going in that the Whitaker Brothers team had an awesome reputation for excellent work. Even so, we were pleased to see it firsthand. Not only knowledgeable, but satisfaction is guaranteed.

Everything is great and working nicely. Totally satisfied with how it all went and how the team took time to ensure that all was as expected. We have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for your services and patience with us. 😊
It is evident how awesome they treat customers along with providing information about the current products out on the market. There is a comfort in knowing that the job will be completed without any concerns.

Whitaker Brothers is great

Whitaker Brothers is great! There was a slight issue with a lost shipment but Whitaker Brothers remedied the problem. My customer and I are very happy with the outcome--the product and service were superb.

I ordered the wrong shredder

I ordered the wrong shredder. It was way too small for our office, so I had to exchange it for a bigger one. Abraham helped with this transaction and worked with HSM so the exchange went smoothly. Highly recommend. I was a satisfied customer.

Kept me updated on Back Ordered product

Nice communication since the product was back-ordered from the manufacturer. Greatly appreciated Abraham going the extra mile on a Friday to find out what the status was, and even more so when I got the email from him a # of days later letting me know that it had shipped and my tracking # was! Not often do I find vendors that have employees who actually follow-up, and just wanted to let you know how well you all did!

I ordered a folding machine

I ordered a folding machine, Martin Yale P7400 Paper Folder, The representative, Abraham was great. Emailed to make sure I was getting the correct folder for our business needs. Good price too. Great service and prompt shipping!!
