I always use Whites to do my removals. They are courteous, efficient and so helpful and friendly. They have moved me all over the country and I've never had any complaints. Dean Howarth is a brilliant foreman... so amiable and conscientious.

We moved house last week and had a fantastic experience with White and Co. They were competitively priced compared to other local companies and all of the staff we dealt with were extremely professional. They were very efficient and nothing was too much trouble. We can’t fault them and we are very grateful they could make our house move as stress free as possible. Thanks in particular to Scott who came out to quote and then Kev, Dan, Tony, Dean, Andy and Logan who carried out the removals for us. We will be recommending White and Co to any friends looking for a removal company!

Our house move went very smoothly, from the original enquiry to the final arrangements. The removers arrived on time and packed everything very efficiently. They were courteous and helpful at all times. The delivery went just as smoothly as the removal and nothing was damaged or broken, not even a box of eggs! White and Company came highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. A big thank you to everyone concerned, from the office staff in Knaresborough to the removal team.

Couldn't fault the removal men on the packing and moving but the estimate of time and space in the truck needed to have been better as time and space ran out. Fortunately we weren't on a tight time schedule and could rearrange things.

I’d like to give a big thank you to White and Company in Knaresborough for making our recent house move (Feb 2025) so smooth and stress-free. Moving from a four-bedroom home in Alwoodley to Knaresborough could have been overwhelming, but the whole team made it feel effortless.

All the guys were incredibly professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They took great care of our belongings, handled everything with confidence, and worked with real pride in what they do. They even helped us pack several boxes—despite us not having purchased the packing service—which was hugely appreciated and made a stressful day that much easier.

Efficient helpful & hardworking
We have just used White & Co for our move and were very impressed. It was a three & a half day move by the team of Dan, Mark, Logan & Tony led by foreman Kev.
From the start they worked hard and efficiently, were helpful with our requests and worked late into the evening of our move date to make sure we had plenty unpacked for our first night before returning the next day. They were also very obliging with our requests, well mannered and with a ‘can do’ attitude. Their professionalism and care with our possessions was noticeable and appreciated. Highly recommended.

The service from White & Company was first class. Led by Sean from the Knaresborough branch our house in London was well packed up by him and Harry and Nathan from the London branch. Then unloaded by Sean and Josh in Yorkshire. All the men were courteous, helpful and focused on doing a good job that exceeded our expectations. We've not found anything broken yet (!) and care was taken at both ends.

The estimate was done by the London branch, evidencing a well integrated company with a national footprint.

We would recommend White & Company to anyone planning a long distance move.

Richard, Logan and then Mark were friendly, efficient, industrious and effective. They listened, and when asked, provided clear and succinct responses to questions. I was concerned that they did not have a proper lunchbreak - too busy.
Whites were recommended to me and I would recommend to others.
