White & Company PLC - Knaresborough レビュー 

This is the second time we have used White & Co and on both occasions not only great office staff but great removers. A very professional company.

Hard working, efficient and polite team of Kev, Dan and Dave cleared our house much more quickly than I expected. They were a pleasure to have in the house and always checked about anything they weren’t sure of.

Our stuff is in storage for a few weeks now but I expect I’ll be writing another positive review when they move us into the new house.

Very responsive and helpful team from the survey through the process to the actual removal.

The team who moved me out were kind considerate sociable hardworking and nothing was too much trouble. They worked solidly for 5 hours not stopping even for a tea break - they worked through it.

Whites removed my furniture from one house, had it in storage for 10 months and then delivered it to my new house and everything was dealt with very professionally. The removal guys were friendly, careful with my antique furniture and more than happy to move bits around. They were very polite, worked quickly and were respectful of both my furniture and decor. Throughout the whole process the office staff have been very accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The staff from the Knaresborough branch were very helpful, hard-working, and made sure that our move went well. From the initial visit to provide a quote through to the beds being rebuilt in the new house, White and Company Knaresborough did an excellent job!

From the very first contact with this company they were brilliant. Flexible and very communicative, they adapted to all our requirements over an uncertain period, as dates were not forthcoming. All the workmen we came into contact with were professional and personable, and carried out our move to our entire satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We were forced to move faster than we wanted and Peter really pulled the rabbit out of the hat, being able to organise the removal with the minimum of notice - fantastic sevice.
We chose Whites because we were not moving straight to the new address and thought the system of loading into containers which remain intact until delivery would offer less chance of damage which has been the case.
They were also reasonably priced.

The Team arrived on time, in fact earlier than expected. The Lads were friendly, courteous and very efficient. They showed empathy and provided a very professional service.

I used White and company removals for a removal from BE towards the UK. The team from London who was in charge of the pick up were 2 friendly and correct guys. They taped off all boxes, wrapped furniture and work hard to get the job done in 1 day. A great team.
BUT … the removal in UK , a team from Knaresborough. Terrible !! 4 guys, a high tempo like hunted by a ghost. Several boxes were torned open. Some small pieces broken. But the worst thing is that an important piece was missing. Which was packed by their colleagues & tapped off in Belgium. The Knaresborough team lied over opening the boxes at the spot, over the missing goods not been packed/moved from BE. They only stacked the boxes in a corner of the lounge. Even some boxes up side down so things fall out. I noticed the loss 1-2 days later when I opened the boxes myself.
I will never trust this company / team again. Customer service bad and stealing goods from the customer.

Good communication with the company and arrived on time for packing and delivery at the other end. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Delivered in a downpour, but staff stuck at it despite getting wet. Went above and beyond, very pleased with their efforts. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to give constructive feedback as my experience was so bad.
This is not a company I would either recommend or ever use again.
What started with friendly and helpful office staff unfortunately ended in disaster causing me more stress than if I had physically moved myself.
Virtually every piece of furniture had either a scuff mark, chip or minor dent; 2 antique pieces of furniture were smashed and looked as though they had been dropped; 1 piece of furniture with water marks down the front; and to cap it all another item was missing.
At no time did either of the removal men mention that there had been any damage; they in fact actually denied any knowledge.
I had a speedy response from the company when I brought it to their attention, but following much toing and froing of emails, lots of excuses and denials of any knowledge from the removal men, they eventually agreed to pay a very small renumeration.
Fortunately, I had my own insurance cover as the total claim was in excess of £1,500, but I didn't need all the extra stress and the long protracted time to sort the repairs of the unnecessary damage to my furniture.
