White & Company PLC - Plymouth レビュー

Excellent service from initial contact to completion. Personnel on the ground area credit to the company, fast and efficient but also very careful. We have used Whites at least six times and each time it has been the same high standard from start to finish, would use them again (if we ever decided to move again - hopefully not) and would highly recommend to other people.

Incredible service from the Plymouth team. Having previously used White & Company for my own move from Bury to the South Hams, I had no hesitation in using them again for my Mum's move. John& Lewis were exceptional they were very respectful and supportive and made a potentially stressful time so much easier for my Mum. When unpacking my Mum's furniture and belongings they even made up her bed. To anyone who is contemplating a distance move use this company....they know what they're doing. Top marks!

They did a great job for us from start to finish, from initial contact with Geoff to the removals team, Kyle Daryl, Mark and Rupert. It took almost two weeks in all, lots of tea and coffee and plenty of good humour doing a major move from a large farmhouse to a much smaller one. Thanks Team.

What an excellent removal company White & Company of Plymouth are, they moved us from Plymouth to North Devon with no fuss what soever we could not fault them.
From the staff in the office to the team who moved us Dave, Richard and Nick, everyone were polite and contentious and were a credit to their company and we couldn't ask for a better team to move us up to North Devon.
We highly rate this removal company and they really looked after us from the start of the process to the end.

The team were very professional and polite.
They were methodical and quick.
Listen to us when we asked if certain things could be left to last.
Made what could have been a stressful experience less so.

Excellent move (again!) with White and Co. The removers were very efficient, friendly and helpful, and thoroughly professional. Would definitely recommend for a hassle free move - nothing was too much for them. Thank you White and Co Plymouth.

Arrived on time and packed and loaded the van efficiently. Unloading and bringing in again handled efficiently and with good humour. Would happily use again but I'm determined never to go through the house selling/buying and moving process again

So easy to deal with from enquiry to loading and delivery. On time as arranged, care taken with both loading and unloading, staff fully aware of what we as customers required. Sarah in the office very professional and dealt with our needs excellently. Lewis and Jon who completed the collection and delivery to our new address were exceptional, very caring and worked so hard in a friendly and respectful way. I would and will fully recommend White & Company for all your removal needs.

We could not be happier with the professionalism, care and consideration that Steve, Darren and Luke showed whilst helping us with a stressful move. They were friendly, careful with our things, quick packing up remaining items, extremely punctual and organised. We could not have done it with out them.
The company accommodated our last minute request to help with packing, the team brought a range of packing materials that took care of delicate, fragile and everyday items.
Their quotation process was thorough, considerate and put our mind at ease, and resulted in a very competitive price.
We would use White & Co again and would recommend them to anyone going through the process of removals.

Fantastic customer service with polite, helpful and well informed staff.

Military family moving for the 6th time with Whites. Dan Skinner and Daryl Martin were the best by a country mile. They went above and beyond throughout the move; managing to move a 3 doored wardrobe in one piece that no one would attempt before (saved me taking the whole thing apart). Everything was packaged immaculately and we had no breakages (again, a first). Lovely couple of guys and a pleasure spending a couple of days with. Can not recommend enough.

Fantastic and efficient packing and moving - from start to finish. The guys went above and beyond to help us out and worked so hard, with great humour in really hot conditions.

Moving home is a stressful time for anyone, moving to the other side of the world is something else! The team of 4 guys that came and packed up our worldy belongings were friendly, respectful to our property and did a fantastic job of protecting and loading all our things up even when there were a few last minute bits to add in 😬 I highly recommend the Plymouth team.

The team of movers from the Plymouth branch
were professional & helpful when they completed our long distance move for us this week.
Special thanks to: Lewis, Kyle & Nick.

Company moved my furniture into storage and then out again a year later. Some furniture was damaged and even unusable after having been delivered. There were also lots of extra hidden costs

Mark and Nick were brilliant! Very professional and had the place packed up in no time at all. Would use them again.

The team worked really hard over two days to get our personal effects loaded onto the truck. It was a huge undertaking and the weather was unhelpfully hot. The team, led by Dan S were polite and friendly throughout and nothing was too much effort, including a very heavy piano which proved to be a bit of a puzzle at first but they found a way. They were careful with all of our things. Overall an excellent effort.

Your staff were great. They were courteous and very efficient

The movers were great especially in the hot weather. It all went as smoothly as it could. Thankyou
