Excellent service. The staff (Lewis Lakeman, Jon Smith and Paul Peters) were very helpful and courteous, even offering to relocate some very heavy furniture when I changed my mind! They arrived promptly and were flexible to accommodate our needs. Top service!

Whit & Company PLC communicated clearly from the start, providing all the information we need to understand our move and how it would work. The moving team were pu ctual, professional, and effective with no time-westing and a strong work first attitude. Packaging was secure and out items were delivered as expected.
One suggestion for other customers: pack and keep valuable or sentimental items with you. On the day of Packaging we missed to take our two childrens piggy bank with us and left with the team. During unpacking we found one but other was missing. I am not assining blame, but it was upsetting and a good remi to keep high vale or sentimental items in personal custody.
Overall, we had a good experience with the company and appriciated the quality of service.

We had a complicated move with a 300 mile trip to a new location from Plymouth to the North West. Half of furniture to be put into storage and half to be delivered to a different location. Lewis & Luke from Plymouth arrived on time and with a huge lorry for all our house and garden furniture. They were pleasant and polite throughout. They worked hard and efficiently. They were clear about what was required and didn't make any errors. They diligently wrapped and loaded items and were professional at all times. What made such a difference is that positively enjoyed their work even though its such a physically hard job! They were a pleasure to work with and made what I thought would be a really difficult day fun. Their cheeriness was infectious! Everyone that I have worked with from the company from Andy the Surveyor to Karen in the office has been professional, helpful and kind. I have moved a lot and this is easily the best firm I've used.

I was happy with my move and Jay and Luke were super helpful and friendly. All my items arrived safe and in perfect condition.

I've never used a removals company before so didn't know what to expect.
From the initial consultation call I was guided through the process up to the event itself. The guys on the day(s) were incredibly. So hard working, and so accomodating.

Lewis, Paul and Luke, our removal crew ‘on the day’ were particularly cheerful, helpful and efficient and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for them. The singing while they worked was an added bonus!!!

The team arrived on time and quickly got to work wrapping all our furniture and carefully loaded onto vehicle. When it returned in as was condition it was quickly unloaded and unwrapped. Excellent job and service.

Very good service. Alan, Ben and Kyle worked hard, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. They arrived promptly and kept going until the job was finished, with only short breaks for a quick drink. They seem to take good care of our possessions.
