Arrived on time as agreed, very polite and thorough. They respected our furniture and put it into storage.

Great experience, excellent service. Simon and Dylan turned up and did an awesome job packing up our entire house. They were friendly and professional and totally flexible and understanding in dealing with our needs. They guys did a great job in what felt like a much shorter period of time than you would expect for a whole house to be wrapped up and packed up! Many thanks.

Dan, Jack and Miles from the Telford team were absolutely brilliant, worked really hard and helped us so much, went above and beyond to make our move as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend.

Sean, Dan and Adam were professional hardworking and personable throughout our move. They turned up on time and quickly got everything loaded. There was a delay getting the keys and when they turned up to our new house, we found Severn Trent were digging the road up right outside. They dealt with this obstacle with good humour and we were unloaded quickly. This all happened on 25 June 2026 on the hottest day of the year so far.

From planning our removals to the truck pulling away, White & Company have been a pleasure to work with.
Any questions we had were answered quickly by a real person on the other end of the phone (zero waiting time). The packing boxes arrived on time and the removals team were very knowledgeable and professional.

Special shout out to David and Adam (Telford) who collected, wrapped, documented, and packed our belongings in a very professional manner.
It has been the hottest day of the year and they grafted from start to finish.

Looking into the back of the truck before they left showed the level of excellent, safe wrapping and we know that our belongings are in safe hands.

We used Whites for a recent move from Shropshire to Oxfordshire and received excellent service. Dave P, Dan and Adam G were our movers and they were very professional, knowledgeable and really seemed to care that we had a good experience. This was our first move with a moving team and would definately use them again. Thanks team, you made a stressful period very seamless.

Firstly the moving team who packed and delivered our furniture were excellent. Very friendly helpful and hardworking. Delivery timescales were amazing and exceeded expectations. 5 stars for this team.

Negative feedback is around clarity of the quotation methodology. It was originally explained that the quote is based on volume however when the move changed from shared to direct the pricing shifted to being based on crew and trailer costs. This wasn’t clearly communicated at the time resulting in us reducing the number of items to remain within the original understood volume.

Insurance clarity, there was insufficient transparency regarding the insurance cover included as standard and the necessity for the marine cover. At the time of signing I was not aware that the standard insurance provides cover of only £35 per item/box. This level of coverage in my view is not practical for example a TV would be insured for £35, effectively making additional marine insurance essential. Consequently I incurred an unexpected cost of circa £1000 late in the process for the enhanced cover.
I chose white and company based on an expectation of clarity and trust, which in this instance was not met.

I did reach out to the office prior to this review to seek clarification however the response regarding insurance was limited to stating that the details were included in the terms and conditions, which I did not find constructive.

The office team did arrange repair to the damage caused to our floor during the removal process quickly and to a high standard.

Truly excellent from start to finish. Our move from Albrighton to Carterton was in three days of blazing heat.Mark, Dylan,Adam,Jack, Dan and Jordan were fantastic. Professional and courteous throughout and really took care of our belongings.

Partial House Move.

Jack came solo to move 4 cubic meters. Worked like a trojan, was super careful and did a great job….thanks.

From start to finish it was made far less stressful with a company l would highly recommend.From the beginning with Alison in the office to the removal with Simon and Adam G who could not do enough to help they were fantastic.

We had Dylan (foreman) and three of his colleagues, Simon, Harry and Adam tip up on Fri 1 May to pack our personal belongings up for our impending move to Australia. My wife and I have absolutely no complaints about the service. The four of them were professional, courteous and had great banter! We gave them instructions on what needed packing and what was staying and they followed those instructions to the letter. Everything was packed away with care and thought! My wife and i both appreciate the level of service that day, thank you very much gentlemen!

We received an amazing service from Whites. The crew were friendly and professional, taking good care of our belongings as well as keeping us informed as we progressed through the move. They were flexible in the lead up to the move and checked in on the day to ensure everything had run smoothly. Highly recommend

We paid for a pack & move for my elderly mother. The packer was very careful when packing her belongings, he was very methodical in the way he packed. The move went smoothly, unfortunately the lift broke down with her items in it, but once it had been fix the two men came back and emptied it and took it to her apartment.

Transparent and competitive quote for packing, moving and storage between moves. All queries answered promptly and clearly. Endless patience and accommodation as our move out was postponed several times. Hardworking and careful teams of packers and movers. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, White &co turned up when they said they would, everything was explained well in advance. Very efficient at packing and loading. Due to distance the move took 4 days . Everything was planned beforehand . Couldn’t fault them , and cheaper than the other 2 quotes I had too.

Pricing was a simple visit to our property where the estimator quickly provided a quotation that made hiring vans and moving myself seem a pointless exercise.
The actual day of moving was less stressful knowing that my possessions were in safe hands with Whites Removals.
Property at both ends was respected and protected as the guys moved out stuff frohiuse to can and house again. Cannot recommend these guys enough to anyone looking for a reliable transparent removals company that cares for your possessions and offering keen prices.
