The team were very professional, patient and considerate. Moving home for a 88 year old is very overwhelming and they made the process so smooth and stress free. Everyone we spoke to from start to finish was friendly and helpful. We did not have much notice so it was very stressful, so a huge thanks to all.

Harry and Simon (and Sean) went above and beyond helping us pack and fit everything into the storage unit and the care they took was much appreciated.

From packing to moving day the Whites team were fantastic. Simon, Jack, Harry and Dylan were helpful, friendly, courteous and had a great sense of humour. It was two long days one packing and the other arriving in very wet North Wales to unload. The team worked their socks off with no complaints and I cannot thank these guys enough for taking the stress out of our move for us. I was dreading the move but these guys made it a good experience for us. I would not hesitate in recommending Whites to anybody and am so glad that we chose this professional company.

Simon, Harry and Jordan were our crew for the day, with Adam and Dave helping to load in the morning. They were first class!
They were so courteous, helpful and friendly. What could have been stressful with strangers coming into your home, was made a pleasant experience with their smiles and good humour.
Moving day saw Storm Claudia hit, but mats were put in the floors, everything was wrapped for protection and they worked at super speed, without getting in the way.

Amazed at the amount that still had to be packed and Shaun and Jack did a wonderful job. When we reached Scotland Sam joined Shaun and also did a wonderful job.

It’s no small undertaking to move a person’s home 5 hours away but White and Company did it with good humour, huge effort and kindness. A special thanks to Dave Porton, Jordan Taylor and Jack Jacob’s…they were absolute diamonds! If I could give 11 out of 10 I would…highly recommended!!

Very efficient and accommodating on both sides of the operation. The office and the removers were all very helpful in making the move go smoothly.

Dave arrived with Jordan on time and both were friendly and helpful with every aspect. They started loading our priority items first and packaged them up well. Once our priority items were done Dave worked out how much space we had left for further items we could ship and remain in our limit without the need for purchasing more shipping space.
They also made the journey from Telford to Stockport to provide the shipping service on this day as closer branches were busy.
All in all they helped make a stressful situation, shipping items to the USA, a lot less stressful.

Our storage was delivered on 16 Oct 25. Adam Sidaway and Jordan Taylor were so dedicated team and helpful to sort out our storage. They delivered and moved all the boxes and stuffs exceptionally well as per direction.

Great team in Dave , Jordan and Jac. Having them pack up all saved us hours of hard work - and same the other end unloading. Couldn’t have been more helpful and all at a fantastic price. Best all round value for sure.

White Removals have held my possessions in storage for the past 4 months, 2 months longer than expected. Thumbs up for Amazing Admin Alison who dealt with my ongoing saga of finding a new home with her usual calm efficiency. Happily on the day of the final move Super Simon was there to get everything in the right place for me. The day began bright and sunny and so were Simon and Jordan the day steadily took a turn for the worse and ended with the rain lashing down. However the team continued to remain sunny.
I can highly recommend the company and the staff ask for Simon to get the job done. Professional, friendly and caring. Thanks
