The team were great, and good humoured in spite of some difficulty getting in to the location. Better prior planning of vehicle size (as I tried to advise head office before the move) would have made their lives much easier, and caused less havoc on a busy, central city street with lots of police presence.

Simon and jack both been fantastic and professional. We would love to see them again. I would recommend to anyone who are looking for white and coy service.

Really friendly, thoughtful and got it all packed/unpacked in such a quick time. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Having researched removals firms we eventually decided to use these guys. They were extremely helpful from the very beginning, promptly answering questions via email and phone calls, reassuring us with their knowledge of removals. On the day of the removal we were greeted by Mark, Dylan and Simon who all made the effort to say hello and run through things with us. They arrived in an amazing 'rigid' truck and clearly looked well prepared for what we had. They did an amazing job packing it and considering our house was a town house and had LOTS of steps, they just got on with the job. The truck was loaded with precision and nothing looked 'unbalanced' I would say. They were chatty and friendly throughout the packaging process and was great to know them. The following day we drove to our storage facility in Bridgend where they had already been waiting and so it was reassuring to know everything was on track. They did a brilliant job of getting stuff into the containers and managed to fit it in with about half a metre to spare (superb effort). When asking if they would be available to move our stuff from the storage to our planned house in Porthcawl, they were quite happy to confirm that wouldn't be a problem (assuming availability of course).

I would thoroughly recommended these guys and the company as a whole as you truly get a 'deal' that's well worth it. The staff are a real testiment to the professionalism of the company and was great to see a service that works well across the board from start to finish. Brilliant job done, we're so happy how it went!

Absolutely outstanding! I cannot praise this company enough. From the home visit to arrange things through to the removal day I found them to be helpful and responsive at all times. Then removal day came and WOW! What amazing removal men. A huge thank you to Simon, Glen & Andy. They were just fantastic from start to finish. Simon Challenor and Harry Pryce did the fantastic Job. Been in the Army for the last 24 yrs n moved number of times , never met like them. If I had crew like Simon N Harry on my many previous moves before story would be different - peace and assured.

The communication from both the booking team and physical removal team was clear and consistently good. The guys, Dave and Glen, showed up exactly when expected for both the packing and delivery days. Everything was carefully packaged and delivery in same condition. Really happy overall.

Absolutely happy with all the services from the beginning to the end, hassle free procedures, Stress free guidance and support and excellently experienced team members on the field of work as well. Very friendly associates in collection, packaging, and communication. Always prefer in future as well.

Wish I could give zero stars! Rubbish and never to be trusted again. The lads on the tru k were ok-ish but their time spent on the job was poorly managed. Several items went 'missing' between our old house, the depot and redelivery and it's anybody's guess as to where they finished up. Considered calling in the police to trace those items. They repaid some of the costs as a result but the whole experience not worth it. In my experience- AVOID!!!!

Overall we were very happy with the way in which our move out of our house and into storage was done and also the move from storage into our new home.
The staff were all personable, hard working and obliging, our only comment would be that sometimes attention to detail was perhaps lacking. For example our pictures weren't all packaged for transport & storage quite as well as we might have hoped .....
Would we use them in the future, yes .........

Terry and Chris were friendly and helpful from start to finish. Made what can be a stressful process a lot easier. Would definitely recommend.

Sean & Simon were polite and helpful. It was a stressfull time and they helped us with their very calm approach to our days move. Nothing was too much trouble.

My move was carried out by a friendly duo for whom nothing was too much trouble. Importantly nothing got damaged - they dismantled and rebuilt two bedsteads and a wardrobe perfectly. I have already recommended them and the person is using them. Excellent company.
