Our stay at Jardin del Sol 22 was superb in every way, quiet, clean and in the perfect position to go out 'n about, highly recommend.

Wonderful. Especially Niki in office who is English but speaks fluent Lanzarote Spanish. Any problems (rare) or queries she will address immediately and solve as soon as she possibly can. She has a big influence on our decision to use Puerto Chico.

Stayed in Puerto Chico H. Large, well appointed and clean.
Excellent customer service from the staff in the onsite office.

Easy booking experience as well.

We just got back from Puerto Chico where we stopped for 8 nights. Our first time on the complex having stayed at Flamingo Beach many times previously. Our apartment was spotless and well equipped with front line see views and newly paved terrace. We and the family loved it and hope to return very soon.

We noticed Puerto Chico during a recent holiday in the area. We thought it would be a nice experience and we were not disappointed. The location was excellent and Natalie was very efficient and helpful throughout the whole booking process. The bungalow was very comfortable and it was nice to have such a nice outside space.We highly recommend WBH and Puerto Chico.

We booked a villa through puerto Chico cannot rate Natalie high enough- very professional- the villa on playa real development was quiet-great location easy walk to playa Flemingo - booked again for 2026

Really good relaxing stay in Playa Flamingo again. White Beach staff very prompt and helpful with a drain issue - solved within 2 hours. Back in October.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The gardens are immaculate. You couldn't ask for a better location. Would highly recommend these villas.

This was our fifth or sixth visit to Puerto Chicoand would have been more but there were no vacancies on our previous visit Lanzarote. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Puerto Chico. Except when my Wife and I want to revisit. So because it is so good I do not really want to recommend Puerto Chico because it is becoming so well known. Hats off the company and staff running the complex.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing week at Club Puerto Chico. We can’t wait to return (hopefully later this year)! The small complex is exceptionally well looked after, is in a fantastic position and Natalie and the team were so friendly and helpful. See you soon.

Just come back from our first visit to Club Puerto Chico, we stayed in villa 5. This was one of the best holidays for relaxing, the villa was spotless and all the amenities needed to have a meal whenever required. Close to Spar supermarket, and easy access to the promenade.

We were very lucky to recently spend nine weeks at Puerto Chico, having stayed there previously.
It’s a lovely small complex, quiet (although livelier at half-term!), a lovely swimming pool and in a great location.
Any minor issues were resolved by Natalie and her team who were always friendly and helpful. Special mention to the cleaning, maintenance and gardening team who keep the complex lovely. See you next year!

Our holiday was as we expected, trouble free. We have been to white beach holidays three times , and have always found the staff to be most efficient and caring about our holiday.

Just back from 5 day stay at Casa Arturo..and have booked again for this coming Sept. The location is just spectacular. Easy walk to Playa Blanca but also has lovely restaurants and shops right on the door step. Booking was easy and responses prompt. On site staff lovely and one wee tiny problem was sorted with no fuss. Would recommend this property and White Beach Holidays.

Die Anlage gesamt war sehr gut, tolle Lage und sehr ruhig. Unser Apartment Chico 6 war nicht ansprechend; die Einrichtung wäre sehr abgewohnt und alt. das Badezimmer war sehr schmutzig.

What a lovely location. Easy to walk along the promenade either towards all the bars/restaurants at Playa Blanca or along the promenade by the sea.
We stayed in Puerto Chico X - it was immaculately clean, everything you would need in the kitchen - all new. I read a review that the office do not respond. This has not been our experience. We have had to contact them after we left. They have always responded either by email or phone. When we arrived there were three ladies working in the reception/office.
The heated pool is heated so it is good for a swim. However there are no sunbeds so it is not an ideal location to sit and sunbathe.
You can hear the ferry either the engine or the horn so if this would bother you, this may not be for you, but we didn't mind it, so it didn't bother us.

Just returned from our 3rd stay at Puerto Chicco & we are returning in July. After many years & many properties in Playa Blanca, Puerto Chicco is extremely well placed for our needs. Natalie & her team are extremely helpful & their office is on site if you need them. Great location, clean spacious apartments. Lovely pool.
Car park next door with Spar shop. Bars, restaurants & beach close by. Perfect, thanks ladies 😊

Straight forward booking, good communication and accurate description of the property. We have used White Beach before and would be happy to use again.
