I was worried since the reviews on trustpilot were iffy. However, my mats arrived perfect and on time, correct quantity and size!! Can't beat beveled custom mats at that price. I'll order from here again!

Pretty amazing service. Was fast AND easy to order. My mats look amazing in my frames and were cut exactly how I entered them online. Probably would have paid 10 times the cost if I went to a traditional custom framer. This site knows everything about framing and customer service. Can't wait to buy again, thanks!

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering. They got my order wrong. Their customer service is not open at all on sat/sun and that's the only day I'm able to run errands (like most working people I don't get off of work in time to mail a package back at the post office). Not to mention they charge a $6 restock fee for returns.

Since the mats were unusable, I ended up taking them to my local frame store to be fixed.

Of course, the company refused to issue a refund despite the fact that the boards were cut wrong. Nope, they very conveniently blamed the customer for everything and dropped the mic. Definitely won't be shopping there again. It's too hard ordering from an online vendor with bad customer service -- you get stuck with mats you can't use OR having to take off work to return a defective item for 1/2 of what you paid for them by the time you factor in the postage and their "restock fee".

Too many better companies out there to choose from.
