Excellent service. The help I received when my payment card was compromised was excellent. I very quickly received clear instructions on how to rectify my payments. My account was quickly restored many thanks.

My son trains a lot and absolutely loves his chocolate Whole Supp. The ingredients are great, the flavour is great and its filling and satisfying. I have always found their customer service to be incredibly helpful too. 10/10

Ive been buying the chocolate powder for my daughter now for approx 2 years on the advice of her dietician as she was diagnosed with ceoliac disease and this product is gluten free and the chocolate flavour is very tasty. There has been a recent supply issue but I have been kept upto date via emails from the customer service team and Im hopeful this will be resolved very soon.

I love this brand and I love the way this company deals with things. Recently they hit an issue with stock of the chocolate protein meal. They got in touch immediately to tell me and kept me updated also.
I am happy to wait as I love this product and I’m happy to show them loyalty back.

Hello, I have a monthly subscription with Whole Supp, and twice now my order has been delayed. I could easily change my order to another flavour, but let’s face it—the chocolate is out of stock because it’s the only good flavour.
What isn’t so easy is getting a reply from customer service. I’ve now cancelled my monthly subscription after waiting almost a month for my order. I’m trying to get a refund instead, but I’m getting no reply from the live chat or by email, and I can’t see any other option. The chocolate shake does taste good and was a convenient option when in a rush but I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone at the moment.

The customer service is excellent with the wholesupp team always reply to your emails.the product is great so handy in the morning on the go and keeps you full for hours

Great product, I have been with Whole Supp for a number of months now and it has been an excellent experience from start to finish, Excellent customer service, Darren responds almost immediately and resolves any delivery issues the same day.
I’m more than happy to recommend to family and friends.

Great product, I’ve been using wholsesupp for over 2 years as a daily shake. I find it is a great meal for keeping me full and fueling my workouts, it’s very easy on the stomach aswell. I initially started using it when I was diagnosed with crohns for the nutrition solely but I find it great to help me get my protein without relying on whey shakes which can upset my crohns from time to time!
Recently I’ve been waiting on my order as the chocolate shake had been delayed and they looked after me well and kept me in the loop with progress and options for helping me while I was waiting. Going to try the new strawberry flavour and I am confident it will be just as nice as my usual chocolate flavour!
Can’t praise them enough for their interactions with me while waiting on my order and Darren also being on the forefront as the owner reaching out is a great personal touch.

Received an email during the week about a product being delayed but I replied saying I never ordered and to check incase someone had ordered under my name.
Fair play to Darren from Whole Supp he replied saying that the email was sent in error and not to worry.
I love their products especially the vanilla flavour I have it on repeat order

I'm very happy with this product so far, alot of the time when you look for a healthy meal replacement it is either bland or too sweet. Wholesupp have got the balance right for me personally. I'm on my 2nd order already and looking forward to trying the other flavours in the range. Strawberry went down well!

This is now the second time they’ve run out of stock because they seem more focused on maximizing retail sales than looking after their paying members. They prioritize stocking retailers while continuing to deduct monthly payments from members — yet leave us waiting indefinitely for products that are supposedly part of our subscription.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. There was no notification that the product was out of stock. I only found out after chasing them two weeks after placing my order. Suddenly, they offered a different flavour as if that resolved the issue — with no apology, no acknowledgement of the inconvenience, and no accountability.

The response felt dismissive, as though nothing had gone wrong. For a company that relies on loyal, paying members, the level of service and communication is extremely disappointing.

I've been using Whole Supp for over a year. It's a great product, especially when busy or travelling. Taste and quality is so consistent. Very straightforward and flawless ordering and tracked delivery every time.

I honestly love this product and have been a regular customer for well over 2 years. I have brought it all over the world with me I love it so much.

Fantastic company,and fantastic products. I use both the meal replacement shakes and also electrolites for recovery. All dealings with the company have been easy,friendly,hassle free. Couldnt rate them high enough.
