I offered to use my FEDEX shipping account number but that was unacceptable. We I talked with customer service they spoke very fast in heavy accents an were difficult to understand. I was unable to use the tailstock by the time that it arrived, poorly packed in a cardboard box. Now I am trying return it. 30 day policy, I have talked with a foreign accent via the phone and email with no luck?
