I have looked for many years for a balm to help my achy bits after I have been running. The Relief Balm is the answer to my prayers! It really does sooth the sore bits.
I also love the Relief salts.
Both smell lovely.

Whilst there was a problem with delivery etc Cecilia went overboard to compensate for this - reply was faster than any other company . I found them to be a lovely small company to deal with . When the products arrived they were delightful

I bought a pot of the balm to try for aching joints and bursa on my hands. I can genuinely say that they feel so much better - I use at night and let the magic happen - it smells very medicinal but I like that. Great product and I would recommend...

I bought a pot of the Wholyme Relief Balm for my husband who is waiting for replacement surgery on both his knees. He does not sleep through the night - waking many times due to pain and discomfort. Met a rep at wholefoods Kensington while id been on a coffee run for work. Hadn't been looking to make a purchase but I've arthritis that effects my hands arms and was intrigued. Really nice rep who took the time to go through the benefits of the balm and salts. I tested the product on my hands and found it lightly warming and really liked the gentle Herby smell. Not overpowering. Ended up going back and buying a pot on my way home. I used at night and found my hands felt a less stiff in the morning.

I started using Wholyme products last week. I liked the care they take in the quality of what goes into their products. I tried the salt baths and been using the balm on my knees which have been achy after a recent hiking trip. I can honestly say my knees feel better than pre-hiking. Started using the balm for my lower back with similar results. I definitely recommend that you give it a try. You might be hooked like me

This is the Best pain/discomfort relief available outside of a prescription for joints and muscles alike. I use it regularly on my knees, which allows me to run! and on other joints and muscles when they need it.
