I have always had issues falling, and staying, asleep at night and have tried so many things - meditation, white noise machines, blackout curtains and melatonin. This month I have had the pleasure of trying out a new product called WholyMe Relief Balm. This is a product which has been formulated to target aches and pains at the source, providing relief to muscles and joints.

This balm is 100% organic certified by the Soil Association, so good for you and the planet, and is packaged in a glass jar with a cardboard box. This product is made in France and contains no GMOs, synthetic colourants or fillers, parabens, or mineral oils. Only filled with good natural stuff!

For me this has been something I have enjoyed using on my lower back in the morning and evening, as 7 months of working from home on a not-so-adequate chair has begun to strain this area.
