I ordered this as part of a Father's Day gift. It did not arrive due to the delivery driver placing the package in a bin, which was later emptied 2 days later. Neither the seller nor the delivery company notified me that the package was placed in the rubbish bin (not my designated safe spot, FYI). Not sure why it was put in the bin as 1. I work from home 2. The front doors were open with the expectation of delivery and 3. There is a sheltered bike shed right next to my front door. I only learned of its replacement when I reached out to the seller requesting information on where it was delivered, as it was late.
In return, I received a curt response from their customer service representative. I was not offered a refund or a replacement.

My order payment went wrong and ended up ordering twice. I told Wicker field and the problem was immediately rectified and my duplicate payment refunded
The package was delivered very quickly and the items were better than I could have hoped. Extremely high quality. Thank you!

Hoping they sort my delivery problem out. Yodel have delivered to wrong address, I've knocked on several doors to no avail. Hope my money gets refunded if its not sorted.
