WilI never order from them again. I ordered the same wig twice because the first one came and didn't look anything at all like what I had ordered. So they gave me back 50% of my money and we ordered the same wig again, and the same thing, didn't look anything like what I ordered - NOTHING LIKE IT! Instead of complaining this time, I'm not because it'll be a waste of time, spent too much money already. Will give the brand new wig to the Good Will.

PLEASE do read the comments and do not order from this company!! I didn't read the comments. I ordered not 1 but 3 wigs. It's been over a month and I still have not received the 3rd wig, but at this point, I don't want it.
1. The company, WIGSDO, does not operate in good faith. What you see online is not what you receive.
2. The description says "Human Hair". I have enough wigs to know human hair and this definitely NOT human hair.
3. I reached out via email for "RETURN AND REFUND" instructions as stated on their website. I was asked to send "proof" that I had the wigs and the packaging. I did that.
4. Once they said the wigs were in same condition as received, they told me to keep them. And that they would not issue a refund as if the packaging was the issue.
5. I responded that the packaging was not the issue, but rather the hair quality. The hair is not human hair as advertised. There is NO LACE FRONT as advertised.
6. They responded that they'd give me a 15% discount off future orders.
7. I sent pictures/videos of the inside of the wig showing them the difference between what they advertise online and what I actually received.
8. This company is a SCAM. The hair is disgusting and they don't even try to make their customers happy or resolve issues.
Telling me to keep the wigs because the package was not damaged doesn't take into consideration the hair quality and fact that I'm not a happy customer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! If I could rate this company with a negative number, I would. The wig pictured on their site and the wig I received look nothing alike. I contacted them immediately and told them I wasn't satisfied with their product, and 2 weeks later, they continue to stall and refuse to provide a return address and refund my money. Today's email response was a veiled threat that I should really consider taking their $20 offer of an apology since the product would probably get lost in the mail if I returned it. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE SERIOUSLY ANNOYED.

I will definitely stay away from this company. I ordered two wigs for a costume party, and the quality was so bad I didn't even wear them. They looked nothing like the photos on the website from WigsDo.com—they looked like a raccoon. I tried to return them, and they make you pay to ship them back to China; it was almost $70 to ship them back. And as of now, I still have not been able to get my refund of $260. I wouldn't order from them at all!

The products they sell are not individually handcrafted. The wig arrived in a smashed box. It was sent from overseas. Their website and correspondence suggest it is from the US. The wig was not cut or styled like the picture. The overall quality is sh#t. The first thing my adult daughter said was "Oh, Mom, that looks horrible." As a cancer patient, I was attempting to regain some confidence after losing my hair, and it not growing back after treatment. At $140, this was a significant hit to my disability budget. So, utterly disappointed.

WARNING!! Stay very far away from this company! They are thieves!! Terrible products and they don’t honor their return/refund policy at all! They don’t even deserve the 1 star!!!

This company are thieves, their products are garbage and they will NOT honor a refund. Do not purchase from them!

This company does not offer full refund. Beware. I was not happy with the style and quality of the wig. We did come to an understanding at which they are offering a partial refund and allowing me to keep a wig i won't use but can donate. FYI.

If there were no stars, I would give no stars. How is this company still even in business? So I fell for one of their promotional things and they sent me an entirely different wig in an entirely different colour and have the cheek to tell me I’m sure this will look good on you when they don’t even know what I look like! Awful, awful scam cheating company who steal your money advertise wrongly and after all that you can’t get a refund.

DO NOT!!! Buy from Wigsdo they do not give you a refund . There’s no customer service phone number. All you get is the run around. DON’T BUY!!! or from Wiggy. You go through the same thing. Go to Bobos in Ranch Cucamonga they have lots to choose from. You just can’t try them on or return them. That’s if you live the area of Rancho Cucamonga, California other than that good luck, ladies. It’s not even worth one star.

After placing the order, I asked to cancel it but was told no.
When the wig arrived, it was the wrong color and didn't fit me at all.
I asked for return authorization and address but wasn't given it. Customer -no-service told me i would enjoy the wig after getting used to it.

They advertise models with wigs from other reputable wig companies. Mine arrived and looks absolutely nothing like the pic they advertised. Tried to return, like they say is allowed, and got nothing but the run a round. Do not buy from this Chinese company

Do not deal with this company. Total scam. Website absolutely should be taken down.

Didn't have a choice for a -5 or I would have selected it. Beware people this company is a total scam, do not waste your money. They tell you the hair is human and it is nowhere near. When you complain and try to get your money back, you don't hear from them again. I wish we could get together and get this company off of the internet. My next step is the Better Business Bureau.

I give this company minus zero! You are scammers and have no business doing this to customers. You should be ashamed. Wigsdo should be shut down.

If I could give it -5 stars I would. I ordered a copper colored wig on 2/2/25, was told it would be delivered in 10-14 days. I reached out numerous times to Customer Service when I didn’t receive the wig, and received tracking info—in Chinese. Finally received the wig 3/3/25, and it was horrific. There was a noticeable gash/gap with white strings showing on the top of the wig, which was purplish in color, NOT the copper color I ordered. It was almost impossible to return, despite following their return policy, and dozens of emails to them. They offered me a $42 “refund” on a wig I paid $156 for! And I’d have to pay around $65 shipping to return it! I was so damn frustrated and angry that I
I ended up keeping the defective, hideous wig and donated it to charity who helped women with hair loss due to cancer.
Absolutely disgusted with the wig, their customer service, and losing so much $$$.

This is the second time I'm attempting to write a review. The wig I ordered was $175 total. On their site it was with a bunch of gray wigs compared to the gray wigs it looked blonde I ordered it because to me it looked blonde I wear blonde wigs. Within I'd say 3 minutes of staring at it I saw that same in the picture said Gray I immediately wrote them and I had a reply immediately actually I told them I don't want gray it looks blonde on the site I said I have to have a blonde. I got no reply on that. So I wrote again well I'll be expecting a blonde wig. I told them if it wasn't a blonde wig I would have to return it I did have some sort of email which I don't remember and I told them if it isn't blonde I'll return it. I got a reply saying it was shipped!!! That was crazy it couldn't have been shipped it couldn't even have been started this happened within minutes they didn't even start on the wig .
and that was crazy I told her when it comes then I will simply put return to sender and I want my money back. On that I got the reply I have no replies now and that little thing that comes up with a person wanting to help you is blank now all the time I still log in all the time checking and nobody is ever there asking me if I need help LOL. I was sent a track number and there's nothing there there's nothing to track that was June 17th this is July 2nd still there is nothing there for tracking she lied again lies lies lies does she know how to tell the truth? Stupid me I know and I tell myself always look at a place feedback which I didn't do I get excited about a wig ,bam I buy it and then I go and read the darn feedback this place has the worst of any place I've ever dealt with over the years and I've bought tons of wigs I've been ripped off tons of times but this place if you look half of the feedback is one star they should not be allowed on the internet I've never come across a place on here that was half one store feedback I was stunned. Stupid me again when will I learn look at the feedback first before you buy a wig.
Also people human hair there is probably no human hair on these Chinese wigs there's a picture I had and I used to sell wigs and I used to have them made in China and if you check Shanghai, there if you walk the streets a certain Street there you will see streets lined with goat hair and you'll see goats walking around with no fur common sense that tells you that they are using the goat fur for human hair wigs. So that very soft hair that you are talking about is a goat's fur. And I know this I have very soft hair wigs also which I know is goats fur that I am rubbing. It's very rare for Brazilians to sell their hair .Indians rarely sell their hair you'll see Indian women with braids down to the ground almost. You can see people dying though and places will cut off their hair to sell. I also lived in India for a while and I and I married an Indian and you will see Indians dying of starvation their hair turns orange and they get clouded eyes as they're dying and malnutrition causes the hair to turn orange. And you do not want that hair but they will sell that hair and that is very low grade hair believe me. So anyway this is my review. I've lost a few thousand dollars now when will I learn never I guess. You're sort of get hooked on wigs but I do need them now as I had cancer and lost hair. Part of my hair grew back but it all never grew back so I will be buying wigs for the rest of my life. Another little tip I just thought of Jewish women wear wigs I don't know why but they do and I was in a store once where they were working on a human hair wig the Jewish women wear real hair and the wigs start at $4,000 these were real human hair wigs and unbelievable real hair fairly long hair she let me look at them. So if you want real hair that's the way to go if you got the dough. I hope I was a bit of help to someone.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. "Despite advertising U.S. locations, returns are international, and the $106 wig I received looks like a $20 costume wig. They offered only $15 - $23 refunds and make it impossible to return items."

Zero stars should be an option for rating this company. I purchased a wig from wigsdo.com. Their website says they accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the item. I requested an authorization to return the item within the 14 days and was put off for over a week with reasons why I should just keep the wig. The wig was not the color or the style I had ordered. It was inferior. A person named Olivia kept giving me reasons why I should keep the wig. None of them were acceptable. I just wanted my money back in exchange for the item. All I got was “what ifs”. “What if we restyle it for an additional fee?” “What if you just keep it. I’m sure it looks nice on you?” This is a scam company. DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSDO.

This is a bad company . It says give you a refund if not happy with your purchase. It will not The color was nothing like picture-They said it was human hair it was not. It was too thick and look like something you would wear for Halloween. Please don’t waste your money.
