I had to wait a long time and when I received my wig I was extremely disappointed because it didn't match the picture and it looks very cheap.
I emailed asking for instructions on returning the wig for a refund.
They requested a photo of the wig.
I sent a photo and they said the return address on the package was not the return address.
They made several suggestions want ing me to keep the wig.
I declined and asked again for the correct return address.... they ignored all of my request.
They are absolute crooks.
Please do not do business with this company.
They need to be shut down for false advertising.

I placed an order on the Wigsis website for a short pixie cut human hair lace front wig. After a month, I received the wig and it was definitely NOT the wig that was pictured on the site. The wig I received was NOT human hair and secondly the cap construction was NOT the one pictured for the wig. The cap on the wig I received was monofilament while the cap shown for the wig was a lace front cap. I immediately contacted the seller, explained the discrepancy, (with photos) and requested their return address to return the wig for a full refund. After a week of back and forth emails with the seller I was offered everything from styling advice to an exchange with a discount, to a partial refund. NEVER did they offer the full refund upon me returning the wig. I was even offered $15 compensation on a wig I paid $135 for! Finally, I was forced to contact PayPal (my method of payment) to open a dispute case. Immediately after Wigsis was contacted by PayPal regarding the case, the seller relented and issued me the full refund upon return of the wig.

Wig buyers if you are looking for a quality wig from an honest overseas seller I would STAY AWAY FROM WIGSIS. Also, if you are looking for a specific type of wig, e.g., human hair, full lace or a lace frontal cap I would contact the seller FIRST to confirm the exact specs on the wig and if possible, use PayPal as your payment method for your own protection in case you find yourself in a "bait and switch" situation.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Save yourself your time & money & buy from a reputable American company. I ordered this wig & it took 3 weeks to get, it wasn't what I ordered & the return process was a complete & total nightmare!

They do not honor any return/refund policy, after I requested a return & refund, I was begged to "keep the wig, wash it & make it my own" but I knew if I did that I wouldn't be able to return it. I was told that the people that made it put a "lot of effort into the wig" but that didn't change the fact that it wasn't what I ordered. I agreed to exchange it for another wig after I was getting no where with a refund. After two weeks of emailing back & forth I was finally given the return address & not only realized there was no free return policy & that I would have to return it to CHINA on my own dime!

After that I realized that there was never any intention on refunding the wig from this company. I ended up settling for a $35 refund & keeping this wig I knew I'd never wear. What a huge mistake I made by not looking at any reviews & realizing that this company was in CHINA without free returns. These wigs are very expensive & you should at least get what you pay for. These photos are just random photos & they try to match the photo but do a terrible job & expect you to keep it regardless of their failed attempt.

If I could save anyone from going thru the stress, arguing with customer service thru email (there's no phone # to contact them), the financial loss, the disappointment, & overall trouble then please take this review to heart & shop elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would.

They make it impossible to return a purchase. So buyers are just stuck with what they bought. Negative star for them.

Wrong color and style - did not match photo. After several back and forth exchanges with them offering:
To make up, could you please consider the following suggestions?
1) Enjoy 25% discount for next purchase
2) Return for exchange
3) Make a new one only charge you half price
4) Get a partial refund 10%
I finally went to PayPal for help. Then I got an offer to refund $30.00 and keep the wig or return it for full refund. (Cost to ship at least $32.00) The kicker - the return address is horrendous and does not fit anything I could find for shipping a package to China. Gave up and took the $30.00 and kept the wig. Will likely donate it.

I gave it a 1 ONLY because there is no ZERO. This wig looks like something for Halloween or a costume party. The quality is very poor and is NOT worth $117.00 It took them two months to process the order. They must've had to kill a cow to get this hair. It's horrible. China. I will NEVER order from them again. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible customer service! It states in their policy that if you are NOT satisfied with the product they will offer you a refund!

1)the wig we chose was NOTHING like the picture..it really bad in person
2)my mom cannot use it it caused her to have some type of reaction
3)my mom is battling cancer and lost her hair and wanted a wig that would make her feel comfortable and confident so we chose this specific one and in person it’s yellow no contrast the colour is different the style is different and caused her a reaction
4) I’m have a hard time trying to speak to someone who will help me their rude and won’t offer me a full refund I paid $266 for a wig that is not ok if I’m not happy with your product you need to offer me a refund
5) they keep pushing off telling me they will offer me 10% wow such great service they should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of people
6)now they won’t respond and I will be contacting my lawyer
7) it’s rude and disrespectful that people work in this industry and don’t offer full return and refund to the unsatisfactory of the product it’s also disgusting when I’m telling the other people of the struggle my mom is facing and no remorse no respect

I should have read the reviews before I spent $280 for two wigs I NEVER RECEIVED! I placed the order in December, in January they sent me a box marked "A GIFT For You" which contained a totally different type of wig. When I contacted the company for a delivery date of MY order, they said I already got it. When I told them it was a "GIFT" box that I received and not what I ordered, they were adamant that it was my order. It's now February. After no success with the company, I contacted my credit card company and filled a "Merchant Dispute Claim". What a pain in the a--! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM WIGSis EVER!! What a SCAM!!

I only pick one star cause i had to in order to write this review; i lost $164.00 dollars i never received the wig and customer service is none existance! at least through Amazon its easy returns and money is return with no hazzle. They are scamming people you either get fake items, or no items at all. I hope they loose all the money they have scam from people do not buy from them!

Don't purchase. They won't refund your money. What i got was nothing like what I ordered. I ended up with a lemon yellow wig that sat on my head like a mushroom. They wanted more $$$$ to get a replacement or they would give us back $10 on a $140 purchase and I keep the fake looking wig that they said I could sell.......

If you are not satisfied with the wig received, how about we remake a new one for you, this time we will change another wig factory, you just need to pay $45,
you can keep the one received as an alternative one, or you can sell it to others, is that OK?
If you are not agree with this, you can send the wig back for exchange, or you can select another wig on our website, is that OK?

If I could I would give negative stars they dont even deserve the one star I have to give. Ive emailed them my issue never heard back i emailed them again im very doubtful that they'll answer. The wig is ordered was nothing like the picture at all..the picture was and shoulder length grey wig with bangs. The wig i got was a lot thicker and was way past the shoulders and the bangs were pretty much nonexistent. Looked like a party city wig when worn. I ordered on dec 16th didnt get it until Jan 6. The first email was on jan7th it is now Jan 25 put in 2nd email Jan 25.

This company needs to shut down ASAP!
They will not respond to your emails and the wig does not match the photos at all!!! I am still sending emails and no response. Don't order from this company! I learned my lesson.

There were so many negative reviews of this company (which I learned after the fact) I tried cancelling the order, but it had already been shipped. The hairpiece arrived promptly and the quality was fine for the price. a comfortable fit.

I ordered a wig, got the wig in 6 weeks, it was the wrong wig, and it was not human hair. I contact this company 4 time. No one has reasoned. I lost $130.00.

This is died wrong

I brought a wig from wigsis 10 years ago as I wanted to cover up a bad haircut lol it was hideous looked worse than the cheap costume wigs! paid about £150 for it I was fuming never got my money back after trying to get a refund! I searched this website to see if it got taken down but horrified to see it’s still scamming people to this day, it saddens me people going through chemo are buying from this site, I hope one day this site gets shut down!!

I received a wig that was nothing like the picture. I contacted the company and asked for a return label. After a few failed attempts and no response from them I contacted my Visa company and put in a complaint. They reversed the charge. The company finally gave me an address in China. First I had to send a picture of the wig and had to endure many emails from them trying to convince me to replace the wig or pay less for the one they sent me. Along with the address, they said I would need to send it back USPS with the tracking number I went to the post office with my wrapped package and they wanted over $60 for me to send it back to China, There was no way I was going to pay $60 to return a product that was not the same product that I ordered. Either it’s false advertising or they sent me the wrong Wig. Either way, it’s their mistake. I took the package home. At the moment I’m going back-and-forth with the company asking them to send me $60 in a money order, a return shipping label or an address in the USA so I can return their product to them. They told me they don’t have return shipping labels. I’m also very seriously contemplating contacting the State Attorney General’s office because I believe this company is really ripping people off! Do NOT! - I repeat- do NOT! buy a wig from this company! I certainly wish I would have seen these reviews before I placed the order. I would not have placed the original order if I knew it was coming directly from China and not California . I don’t even remember the last time I returned something I ordered on-line! I have no idea how long this package will be waiting for its return flight home. I do wonder though if I’m entitled to storage fees from the wig company? 😊
Uodate: I put in a formal complaint to our State’s Attorney General. I would recommend that anyone who has felt scammed by this company also file a report with their State’s Attorney General. The more formal complaints that are made the more serious action they will take.

I did not receive the wig that I ordered. Plus it took longer to get the order. I reached out to them for a compromise versus a refund that they strongly did not want to do was to offer me $31 refund which I accepted for $140 wig that I can’t wear. The pictures that they post are not what you’re going to get that a scam.

I gave one star because I couldn't give any less. DO NOT buy from this company. They say they have addresses in the US but it comes from China and u cannot return it unless u pay 100's of dollars to do to China. The wig was a crappy wig. Looked nothing like the pic. I REPEAT...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. The BBB has the same bad reviews for this company

Its a scam, i got item that looks terrible, nothing like in the wigsis site where you choose the item, hope nobody will fall in this scam like i did, i asked fo refund, but im sure they will never answer back, i lost my money

11/30/25 UPDATE: This wig that I was scammed out of for over $100 is now available on Temu for under $20!!!

11/22/25: This company scammed me for over $100! Their wigs are not up to par and looks nothing as pictured! They don't honor their return policy either and make you have to contact them to get a return address and permission to return the item which is a trap b/c their response is only to offer u multiple alternatives including an exchange a refund of $10! I paid $105 for this wig and all they want to give me back is $10! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I elected an exchange and then all communications stopped!! There are also complaints in the Better Business Bureau. Buyers Beware! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
