Looks great. Fits well. Ordered it in May and someone from Customer Service called to tell me they would not receive it until August 30th, and was I willing to wait. I was, and on August 30th, without delay I was sent the wig. I was very upset, however, that they charged my credit card in May for the wig. Every other company I have done business with does not charge for the item until the product is ready to mail.

I paid for expedited shipping and it still took almost two weeks to arrive. The wig is nice but the cap is bigger than usual for Raquel wigs and it’s very shiny which looks a bit wiggy. Less density is nice and realistic volume. I ordered in Sweet Cream color.

Fast delivery, very cute wig. I just cant find the correct color using the color chart provided. We need pictures of models wearing the color options so we can see all the angles and colors.

The wig definitely looked like it had been returned and the bangs had been cut very raggedly. They are so uneven and someone basically ruined it. Because it was discounted it is a no return item. Return items need to be highly inspected before shipping out to someone else

The selection was really nice. I decided to order one, received an email that it was out of stock/back ordered until November (at the earliest) so I was offered several alternatives. I did choose another one but the color is to bright for me. I checked online again and the wig I initially ordered is still listed. I left a message requesting a call back to discuss both my order and the charges on my account. I have yet to receive a call back. I would be happy to change this review to a more positive number if I'm able to get my order figured out.

This wig has either been worn or at least tried on. I have never received a Raquel Welch wig that was packaged or looked like that in the box and I’ve been wearing RW wigs for years!

I’m still waiting for the item to arrive. I was given a Saturday arrival day. Then tracking stated it would arrive on Wednesday but has changed to the following Saturday and I paid for express shipping. I realize the first delay was due to a tropical storm but that ended several days ago.

When you order from WS1, your wig arrives pretty quick! I purchased a "open box" wig and she was a beaut! I have bought 2 open box wigs and have not been dissapointed. I have bought many wigs through WS1 in the past 4 yrs since I started wearing them. They all have arrived timely and were what I expected. I'm a happy customer!
