I love the wig, love the packaging, love the color of the box and logo, love that my wig was made with LUX Fibers and more that I could buy her in Roca Margarita 🙌🏻❤️✨🔥🥹

The Jon Renau Wig was very nice. It came nicely packaged in the box and seemed brand new even though it was sold as an open box item. They processed the HSA payment quickly and everything proceeded without a hitch. Very Thankful !

I have appreciated finding the styles and colors I want at competitive prices. I've taken advantage of the HSA purchase program and that has helped me shop easier and make the best selection. I have found some of the shipping process to be incredibly slow. I still have a wig I've been waiting a month for. Figuring out how to return a purchase that doesn't work for me has been tricky but possible. I will continue to use WS1 mainly for the convenience of using my HSA account. Thank you WS1

I love that Wig Studio 1 has so many choices from so many wig vendors. And they have many promotions so that customers can get a good deal on the wigs they buy. The video reviews are helpful in choosing the right wig from the right vendor. The return policy is top notch, and I appreciated it in trying to find the wigs that looked best on me. I just wish there was a better way to see the true colors the wigs come in. The pictures and videos help with that, but of course I realize that not every wig in every color can be pictured. But I am very pleased with my most recent purchase. Unfortunately there are so many more I would like to get as well!

Excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. I had quickly ordered another of my favorite wigs to catch a sale, then noticed after pressing SUBMIT that I had a credit on file I had forgotten about. I called and emailed explaining my oversight and asking if the credit could still be applied somehow. Wig Studio 1 answered promptly,didn't hesitate and made it happen!

I don’t even know if I can put into words how much Wig Studio 1 has meant to me.

I reached out to them during one of the hardest times in my life. I was going through cancer treatment, had lost my hair, and desperately wanted a wig—but financially, I simply could not afford one.

I was honest with them about my situation and asked if there was any way they could help.
What happened next brought me to tears.

They sent me a wig at absolutely no charge—and they even covered the shipping. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed for asking. They didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much. They simply chose to help. And I want them to know that it meant so much more than just receiving a wig.

When you’re going through cancer, losing your hair can be an incredibly emotional experience. It can change the way you see yourself. There are already so many things you have no control over, and sometimes having something as simple as a wig can help you feel a little more like yourself again. That is what their kindness gave me.

Tried on the Elite Straight Up With a Twist. Looks and feels great. Highly recommend. Compared it to my usual wig and this purchase may have me buying the Elite.

It is wrong size. I ordered a reg size and was sent petite. And was not heat friendly as I ordered. Or can’t find any where on it that it is heat friendly. I have sent a request in how to return it
