Extremely unhappy and disappointed. PLEASE DO NOT PREPAY lessons on this platform. I lost money prepaid for 9 lessons.
We couldnât find a tutor who is well versed with Australian Engineering studies curriculum. The teacher we did trial was good but as we started lessons realised itâs more of university level than HSC. Now with trials coming up I can not keep trial and error with each different teacher for 9 lessons.
I was told I can not get refund as 10 days have passed. So in spite of not taking their services I will not get any refund.
Initially I wasnât willing to buy more lessons but I was told how economical it is and how flexible it will be.
