I have used these products since launch. I have extra sensitive skin and I now trust nothing else. The products are natural and smell divine. The customer service is second to none and there's no better skin care products available

Absolutely love the products we started using the oats with great advice from the team after we reached out to them, seeing so many success stories as we loss faith in the doctors, after one of my triplets had a reaction to cream off the doctor!!! We couldnt believe that inflammation and redness went down within 24 hours and our little boy was smiling and not itching or crying no more 🥰 we will forever be grateful and we continue to use all other products for my rosacea and basically for our skincare routine my skins never be so healthy thanks again wild and wood 💜

Love these products and the best little cute touches to the gift wrapping. I used the botanical + Crystal infused face oil on a daily basis, I work outside and it protects my face all year long through out the seasons. I use it has part of my morning routine and it give me the boost and glow I need. Highly recommended it & the other products too!

Not only are the products incredible, vegan and smell AMAZING. The service is fantastic, I had an order that didn’t arrive and as soon as I raised it a replacement was sent straight away.

I rarely use any other skin products now, die hard Wild and Wood fan for life!

I have followed them since they started and over the years they have helped my daughter get over chickenpox with no scars, me get glowing skin for my wedding and my husband to clear up his dry skin. Its our go to product and my go to when anyone asks what I would like for my birthday or Christmas.

Not only do these fabulous women work very hard but they give so much value. Each and every order has an added personal touch and I always have a huge smile on my face when it arrives! All the products are made from mother nature herself and though I forget to have a routine, I always use their stuff and would never use anything else!

A friend brought me some stuff from here but it really aggravated my eczema and it was disappointing because they pride theirselves on the soothing factors some of their products have on the skin.

The products have not worked for me unfortunately. I reached out on Instagram with a picture of my skin issue that has got really bad and results in dry, flakey and splitting skin - ouch.

I was recommended the oat blend hand soak and terran deep healing balm. I had high hopes after seeing such great success stories on their page but I have to say, they did nothing for me. I didn't have any reaction as others have stated, just no change at all. The hand soak was nice and upon immediate inspection, it looked like it could be working but as soon as it dried, my skin was right back to how it was.
The balm is very greasy so not great for repeated use throughout the day, as was recommended, as it meant I couldn't use/do anything until it had all soaked in which took a while. That being said, a very small amount goes a very long way so it certainly lasts a long time.

They were responsive on messages which was appreciated.

Just a shame the products didn't deliver for me personally. Shipping takes quite a long time as well.

They removed my review off their website, so I’m posting here to help protect others. I ordered their healing skin balm in Dead Sea, after seeing all the raving reviews for eczema and dermatitis I was really hopeful.

What they fail to disclose is the amount of allergens in the product. One being Butylphenyl methylpropional which was banned in the EU due to skin irritability and endocrine irritability (affecting fertility). Why is this in this product and why are they not making you aware of it when you order? It’s not listed online neither are the other allergens; geraniol, citronellol, limonene, citral.

This stuff literally burned my skin, it was red raw and itchy. PLEASE take this feedback on board, eczema sufferers have enough to deal with without exasperating the inflammation even more.

I tried W&W because I get very dry skin and eczema and was hoping for a solution for the dry skin on my forehead - nothing has been clearing it up and I've had to long give up on wearing makeup, not even tinted moisturer has been an option since last Autumn. I got the Spa Night set in the scent with fir and tangerine (it's lush) with the terran clay in plus some hush baby lavender facial oil. I used the terran as a mask in the bath and, frankly, left it on far longer than the packet said - I had a spa playlist on, all the orange slices and rose petals, the full sachet of bath milk and the mask went completely crispy. It was literally like dried on clay. I thought I'd messed up and was going to have to get my nails involved to scrape it off but kept going with warm water and the oat bag and eventually it rinsed off to such lovely soft skin. I used my usual skin care + the W&W facial oil and washed again with the terran clay as a cleanser this morning followed by skin care and oil and can already feel an improvement. Nothing has worked for months and I am already seeing results after just 2 uses. Thank you so much.

I've ordered several times over the last 2-3 years as my mum likes the soap sets and they're packaged beautifully but I've had to chase for an update on delivery every single time and it's really frustrating. It's always outside of the delivery window - this time stated delivery was within 3 weeks but took over 4 weeks and I had to chase for an update as the order said it had been completed a week prior to me emailing them.

I appreciate they're a small company but I feel like there comes a time when you just need to hire people if you can't fulfil orders within the timeframe you specify.

I like purchasing from small businesses but will probably look to the likes of Etsy/local independents for future orders as you can get similar products, similarly priced with much more reliable and quicker delivery options.

I really wanted to leave a review on your website to say your bath milk and oaks have cleared my 1 year olds eczema up within less then 4 days of use I noticed a difference. I found your products and used them when I was pregnant because I got bad itchy skin, after I had my daughter it went but she has eczema. You’re products are amazing thank you so much! I’d tried every cream and been to the doctors with my daughter loads and she can’t always have the steroid cream which other than your products was the only thing that worked.
I’ve recommended you to my daughter’s doctor and she is going to share with other patients. Thank you again and I’ll be placing another order as soon as your back.

I ordered two different bath milk powders to try. They smelt absolutely fabulous in the packaging, but unfortunately the smell vanished once I added it to the water. I used a good amount, too. Really disappointed that I couldn't smell the product at all while I was in the bath and there was no scent on my skin at all. I really like the fact that this is a cruelty free product but I do feel that it was a waste of money.

I cannot rate Wild and Wood enough! I purchased a few items in May 2023 - was advised it could take up to 3 weeks, it arrived in two! One of the items I ordered was the Time to Glow set, which comes with a palm leaf bowl. I managed to wreak the bowl a few days ago. I advised Wild and Wood of the compliments I had received after using the set and that I had broken the bowl and that I would order a new one when I was able. Their response was that they are going to send me a replacement, I didn’t tell them about breaking the bowl with this intention but it has made my day!

Lovely, friendly people. The BEST products. The only products that have agreed with and soothed my daughters eczema prone skin.

Bought after reading success stories on Instagram for baby eczema but caused a severe reaction with my 5 month old requiring medication :(
