The product appears to work well. The fragrance isn’t overpowering. Customer service was good, albeit slow form the delivery company. Will definitely buy some more once this has been used up.

Excellent products
Excellent products, shampoo is brilliant great dilution ratio especially for hydro baths, smells fantastic- new mud treatment is fantastic too leaves the coat soft and silky and again smells lovely, we also highly recommend their Tick & Flea spray we have been using it for over 10 years it’s natural and it really works for both dog and owners around their ankles when out walking🤩🤩🤩

Dear Iris, Thank you for your review. We would love to hear more about your experience with the Ear Cleanser. It is one of our best selling products and we haven't had an unhappy client yet. So it would be super useful for us to hear your experience. We made this product because pet ear cleansers usually contain alcohol and are very stingy for the animal they are used on. So we have made a gentle but very effective ear cleanser that has transformed the experience for the pet it is used on. It contains natural but very effective ingredients such as pachouli oil, that literally dissolve the dirt on contact. It doesn't sting the animal and leaves the ears smelling beautiful. This amazing company not only provide the best dog shampoo range, but, they also gave expert advice and help regarding the skin condition of our dog. This is not the first time they’ve done this and they’re always correct! So thank you the lady who helped me reassess our girls needs!!

Experienced breeder recommended
I include a bottle of puppy shampoo in my puppy pack. I am an experienced breeder and I want to ensure all my puppies have the best start in life and part of that is to use products that have no nasties but also do a great job. I am really happy with this product.

Love all their products, shampoo’s conditioners and especially their Flea & Tick spay which l highly recommend for anyone with a dog and go walking in woods you can use it on yourself too for protection 🤩🤩🤩

Always quick delivery! My golden smells delicious ( most of the time ) and the conditioner really seems to work. He often gets compliments on his so soft floofs!

Good for my Chihuahua
My Chihuahua had dandruff and was scratching a lot with the previous shampoo I was using (animology) so decided to try the WildWash shampoo and conditioner. They left his coat flake free and incredibly soft and shiny. Impressed so far :) will see about trying more of their items.

Good Family Business and a Mystery Delivery Service
The day I thought was supposed to receive the item didn’t arrive. So I contacted the owner of wild wash straight away. Jane replied me back and I was told that the delivery company sent the item to the wrong address and rescheduled by Jane to my house. She did offer me the refund but since it was not her fault and she explained that it’s her family business, I wanted to support and told her that as long as I will get the item then it’s okay. I went on the delivery company’s website to change the address to Tesco Express incase the delivery guy would make a mistake again. I don’t know how did that happen but there’s a wrong address on the package and that was why the item was sent to the wrong address even though I added the right address via wild wash account from the beginning. But Jane was very communicative and I did receive the item in the end. A bit of mystery. But good on Jane and her family for doing the family business.

Great quality products
Great quality products. Very helpful and prompt at answering questions. I've been using wildwash products for over a year now, and I love all the fragrances and love how kind the products are to mine and the dogs skin too. I used to always have dried cracked hands when I worked for another grooming company that used the harsh Shampoos now I don't have any problems with sore hands 😊🐾

So the dreaded fox poo roll happened…
So the dreaded fox poo roll happened this week …. A great opportunity to try my bottle of Wild Wash’s sensitive Aloe Vera & evening primrose oil shampoo and conditioner I had on stand-by. I wasn’t sure if it would neutralise the smell (I’ve tried many sensitive shampoos before which still left a trace of that unmistakable pong) but I am pleased to report it worked a treat. It lathered really well and felt silky! I popped on the conditioner after ….and now he is a big fluff ball with no stink… The best bit however … absolutely NO reaction to the shampoo. He is a rescue with extremely sensitive skin… so this is just a fabulous win win from me and no longer stinky boy Marley.
