Can’t recommend these guys enough, hot tub was delivered within weeks, Harry who delivered and installed was brilliant and helpful even though he was working in pitch black nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service

We were very impressed with Wild Water Spa, Harry was very friendly efficient and explained how to work everything.
He was very tidy and the hot tub was installed in no time at all.

Mine was delayed but delivered now, delivery giy was just amazing xx

Great communication and rapid is delivery. Installation was great.

Didn't have an long time to wait for it to delivered. We dealt with Tom in the first instance and he was great. Harry delivered it today and was amazing. Did all on his own - awesome! Recommended!!

Delivery was postponed twice, hence only 4 stars.
We now have the hot tub.
Haven't used it yet, as doing the water treatment and heating it up..
It looks really good, so very much looking forward to trying it out in a day or two.
Tom was very helpful, and Harry, the delivery driver was incredible.
Installed the tub, which took about 2 hours, in the pouring rain,
and then came back about 20 minutes after he'd left, as I had noticed a leak. All fixed now, but it's a good idea to partially fill the spa before the installer leaves to check for this.

All round great service,still early days for after sales but really happy so far .

bought tub 18 months ago was not told the grey colouring on both headrests or cover would bleach and leave scum at waterline every day thereafter.told eventually that in the Ts andCs it recommends removing these when not in use!! was sent Whatsapp offering replacement headrests IF WE REMOVED REVIEW!! this was on Trustindex and declined. noticed that 6 recommends were posted on 06/03/2023 someone even making 2 comments on same day?

Really good communication and help throughout. Ironed out a few little issues really quickly and overall, a fantastic quality hot tub at a brilliant price. Over the moon!

Great price and excellent communication throughout. Very quick to respond to queries. I had to organise a separate crane hire to get the hot tub into the garden and was worried about the logistics of co-ordinating two different companies, but needn't have - everything went very smoothly.

Fabulous service from Tom and the delivery guys very professional fabulous service a bit of a problem with the banks stopping payment due to fraud suspicions but it when through great service

Ordering our new spa was so easy, all was done on line and by E-mail , Thomas was great and always quick to respond to any questions, delivery was easy to organise and accommodating, however be aware that a payment of £500 ( and removed of total invoice price ) is required to confirm the date, so don’t be alarmed as it’s only because of previous time wasters that it’s asked for. Delivery was made by Raj and I can not praise him enough, he was polite and helpful and made it so easy, I will certainly recommend this company to friends and Family
