My caravan is out of guarantee but I contacted Willerby for some advice on contacts to help resolve my problem. Totally unhelpful they just want to offer you the most expensive way or to try and sell you another caravan, don't give you any alternatives, hopeless wouldn't touch them again.

Willerby kingswood lodge sold house to buy this bag of shit,leak after leak bath shower back door ,sent 3 so called engineers out slapped silicone around shower base looked like been applied with a yard brush on 3 occasions, sorted it my self in the end.Back door pissing in when it rains not there problem see site owner we all know may as well piss in the wind,problem with dish washer and washing machine consult own insurance company ,biggest mistake ever buyer beware.

I contacted Willerby because I needed paint for the exterior. I gave them the serial no. the age and the model. They gave a colour and the firm that would supply it. It was ridiculously expensive. After buying and using it on my van it was obvious it was the wrong colour. I approach Willerby and their response was totally unhelpful and would not cover the cost of the paint. Avoid this company.

Hello, I have to ask again. I need a document for a building statics for the 2013 willerby Isis or new Hampton mobile house, if this is not possible for the Isis or New Hampton, then I need it for a similar type. They sell these and similar mobile homes in Germany. I would therefore ask you once again to send me a document for a building statics. After receiving This I can change the review.

Do NOT buy any Willerby product as once they have your money they dont care.
I have no evidence but are these the actions of a company that may be on the verge of insolvency?
Why else would they treat us and every other Willerby owners on our site with such disdain and apathy?
We bought a NEW Willerby Delamere 50' x 22' Park home October 2023 and whilst numerous irritations have been fixed (irritations that only existed due to irresponsible and careless assemby) by their helpful but limited mobile team, Willerby do not seem to believe there is a problem with Windows that are markedly bowed (about 2" max), glass that was damaged from new and a front door that is so distorted we often can't open or close it.
All of these issues were reported last OCTOBER and we had a visit in January from a silver tongued 'executive' who promised rapid remedial action.
That was in January and guess how much rapid action we have seen - NONE.
He talked the talk but as ever with Willerby did not walk the walk.
To paraphrase John Glenn - 'Living in this home continually reminds me that every part was supplied and fitted by the lowest bidder'
C'mon Willerby get your act together and show those of us who have invested a lot of money in your products that you are an honest company with enough integrity to prove that you care after all.

Since posting this review 5 days ago and asking Trustpilot to advise Willerby at that time, there has been no response from Willerby - quelle surprise - either to me or on here which confirms my suspicions regarding their honesty integrity and financial status.
I can only repeat the warning -

This my second review of Willerby caravans customer service. Purchased a Willerby Manor via a holiday park.
Since the purchase (new 2024 model straight from the factory) about six weeks ago one side of our patio door will not open/move. The park tell me this has been reported but up to now no word from Willerby.
I have phoned Willerby sales three times now and they have not yet been able to give a date for a visit to sort out the problem. It seems impossible to get past the sales desk and speak to someone in customer service. 'Customer service' with this company does not exist!! The park service desk say they are doing all they can do to resolve the issue.

We have a Willerby Vogue , would like to say we love it, but after 4 months faults and snags still not fixed. Willerby don't care once money paid. Aftersales is non existent. Buyers go elsewhere.

Further to my last rant, things have gone from bad to worse. Firstly the problem with the boiler, then the microwave burnt ans could have caused a fire, the worksurface started rising and lastly the washing machine has packed up. All in the first 12 months, when the washer is finally fixed it will be about 6/7 weeks, so much for warranty’s, even gave the the number of the French indesit company and was told because we are in France they cannot contact them and i should and if i have to pay try and get reimbursed, hello you know where your caravans are going when you sell them, knowing it’s difficult to forfill the warranty.

I bought a static home off this company via a firm call caravans in the sun, I moved in and discovered that the boiler was not working, it took 21 days to get it repaired. Finally they did put in a new boiler but it was a very frustrating 3 weeks without hot water.
