Fantastic Aftersales Service. Reported a couple of minor issues on a new lodge. Big thank you to Joanne in the office and Engineer Lewis for dealing with it so quickly.

We had a few snagging issues with our Victory Riverwood but can't thank Keith Simmonds & his team enough for his commitment to help remedy these issues. Any problems he has gone above & beyond to get it remedied as quickly as possible. Nothing is too big a deal for himself & his team to get it sorted. Would like to let him know how much his attention to helping us is appreciated. Thank you so much Keith & team Victory. 👍

Keith and his team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond. This guy is giving the company a great after sales reputation which was seriously lacking before he took over. I would certainly buy another victory caravan purely based on the after sales service you get now

What a great lodge home from home would highly recommend 100%

I have had a few issues, I purchased a new victory Lockwood which is sited on Bockensfield in Northumberland. I reported the fact that the wiring for the television did not work when I purchased in February 2025 and this has still not been fixed. I also have an issue with the soft closing doors in the kitchen not working correctly and the boiler has recently failed which cast me £420 to fix.

We love our Victory lodge, but We have had a few snagging that seems to be taking too long to fix. We find it difficult dealing through park rather than dealing directly with Victory to get clear and concise actions on the snagging. Two items which were not snags were requests at the time of construction. Which involved us paying extra at that time. These items still have not been addressed.
At this time we have no confidence in Victory that these items are going to be rectified soon, as the communication has been few and far between.It would give us better confidence in Victory if they could communicate better personally with the buyers.

Keith from Victory has been in touch and agreed to personally take on our case. We now have an agreed date and timeline going forward for our snagging.

Paul arrived this morning as a surprise as nobody informed me he was booked to carry out adjusting windows? This was a pleasant surprise and he carried out the tasks in a professional and confident manner. No problems encountered and this is the second time he has carried out adjustments. I highly recommend Paul a valuable member of your team.
