William is an excellent teacher. His videos are presented in an approachable, easy-to-follow way. Quality content. I hadn't used adaptive presets before, so decided to download his landscape presets pack. I didn't receive the download link to the Presets pack after purchasing through his website, but I reached out to William and he responded very quickly, and got it sorted out straight away within 24 hours. Started using them now and they are great. Excellent customer service as well as great product 👍 👏

I would like to thank John in support as well as William. I placed my order for the complete set of programs, but in doing so, I forgot to input the discount code. I was charged the full $299 instead of $99. I sent a note off to William asking that they credit the $200 back to my credit card. I am doing photography for 60 years. When I saw William Patino add for landscape photography, I signed for the first one. I enjoyed it so much because his advice are so clear and accurate, I bought a second one and then the full series. Even being an advanced amateur, I learned a lot from his experience. I strongly recommend his classes.

John and William Patino answered all my question in quick time with no complaints, once loaded I added Google Chrome and program runs well and is easy to use for a novice

William is a down to earth, sincere, talented individual who's professionalism and incredible skill is made evident not only in his photography, but in his teaching. I learned more about Photoshop watching his Seascape course than I've learned watching many YouTube videos. I would love to meet him someday and take an in-person course, if just to be in the presence and absorb his good energy. The courses are in-depth, no details are spared, and easy to absorb. I look forward to learning much more, and I have MANY years of photography experience, but NO years of exposure to his talent, which I am making up for now. Will is one of the best photography instructors out there. His instructions are easy to learn from and follow. His work is beautiful. It makes you feel like you're right there.
