Best of the best!

Convenient and speedy service. I had a new battery installed in my iPhone 11 Pro smartphone. The drop off of the phone was simple, the phone was repaired quickly, (within the day) and delivery of the phone back to my home address was so convenient! I will recommend in future to family and friends. I can’t comment on the improvement to my phone of having a new battery installed yet, as the installation only took place yesterday.

Fantastic service. We dropped a phone off after hours on Thursday and it was delivered back to us on Friday afternoon. All of my messages were replied to really quickly and we’re really happy with the repair. Would definitely use them again.

Amazing as always! Unfortunately in my household iPads tend to get broken easily despite putting tons of screen protectors on. I don’t go to anywhere else but Williams repair house. Always super fast, upfront with costs before any repairs done, very reliable. Love the fact he drops off when finished, saves me going out & his drop off service is great. sure il be back again.

Quick to respond when I requested a quote. Really easy to drop the item off - and the item was delivered back to me really quickly.

Greet service .. dropped the phone off 4.30pm Friday afternoon and it was repaired and delivered back to me
by 7.30pm that evening .. not the first time we have used Williams Repair and the luck our daughter has with her phones .. it won’t be the last 🤣

Emergency repair of grandson’s iPad. Someone stood on it 😩. Dropped it in. Joe quoted for new screen. Two days later it’s hand delivered, just in time for half- term. Outstanding service. Reliable & quick.

I was in such a panic when my iPad broke yesterday. Following many online recommendations I dropped it off at Williams Repair House in the afternoon. Joe messaged me in the evening to tell me what was wrong, and how much it would cost to repair. He fixed it and delivered it to my address today! What great service. Highly recommended.

Fixed our sons phone same day as us messaging for a quote. There was a small issue after the repair which Joe sorted for us promptly. Great service, would definitely use again. Thanks Joe!

We paid quickly for a screen repair on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, but as soon as the phone was returned it started overheating and was not responding normally. I reported this immediately.

Joe was away at the time, and when he returned we brought the phone back. He advised that the screen fitted was faulty and said he would order a replacement. The first screen arrived within two days, but the second replacement took over two weeks.

During this time, the phone continued to overheat and switch itself off. I repeatedly raised these concerns, but responses often took several days.

The phone case that previously fitted perfectly no longer fit after the repair. The screen then cracked because it was clearly much thicker than the original.

I eventually took the phone to Apple, where three separate staff members immediately said the screen should never have been fitted, as it was completely different and far too thick for the phone and that caused the crack. We contacted Joe who said it doesn’t cover under his terms and conditions. I have also asked for them and still not given!

Overall, this was a frustrating experience with poor communication, long delays, and ultimately an incorrect repair that caused further damage. Also note that Apple was only £60 more.
We have also called, emailed and further messaged Joe with no answer at all.

Thanks for coming back to us. But you are just trying to put the blame on us. Our phone had no problem before at all even with the cracked screen with overheating or switching off. Only happened after you fixed the faulty screen. You have also not answered the fact that we have tried to call and email you - no response your good at hiding behind everything, took our money straight away but had to wait for two weeks for you to get a replacement screen not good enough!

Had an issue with my iphone which needed repairing. It was fixed and returned to me the same day! Can’t fault anything at all.Excellent all round service.
