Die Produkte sind super hochwertige Qualität, angenehm für meinen Hund zu Tragen und sehr schöne Modelle. Sind mega zufrieden!

Ho acquistato circa un anno fa un set completo (collare, guinzaglio, porta snack e porta sacchetti).

Dopo un utilizzo normale, il moschettone del guinzaglio si è rotto improvvisamente, rendendo il prodotto inutilizzabile e potenzialmente pericoloso.

Il guinzaglio è stato utilizzato esclusivamente per un cane di piccola taglia (barbone toy di circa 2,4 kg), quindi senza alcuna sollecitazione particolare.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti fornendo fotografie del difetto e ho inviato più solleciti (31/03 e 02/04), senza però ricevere alcun riscontro concreto.

Considerato che si tratta di un prodotto legato alla sicurezza dell’animale, mi sarei aspettata un’assistenza più attenta e una gestione più seria del problema.

Esperienza complessivamente molto deludente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il servizio post-vendita.

Definitiv die besten Näpfe, die ich jemals gekauft habe. Sie haben unten einen Gummiring, der das rutschen nahezu vollständig verhindert. Einfach großartig! My experience with William Walker has been extremely disappointing. I returned a product using the return label provided by their customer service. The package appears as sent and then handled by another carrier, but the tracking stops without any explanation.

Since then, the refund has still not been processed, and the communication with customer service has been going in circles. I keep being asked for additional documents that I simply do not have, even though the return was made using their own shipping label.

The lack of follow-up, poor coordination with the carrier, and above all the absence of any concrete solution are very frustrating. I do not want to have to contact them every month just to ask for an update.

Overall, very poor after-sales service. I would not recommend William Walker.
