So far so good! I'm half way through the personalization process but seems very easy once you get the hang of it. I liked the competitive pricing also.

It takes a complicated issue and reduces the confusion with simple questions and options. I trust that the product is the summation of many good ideas into a few simple outputs that apply across the board of legal minds.

Step, by step questions led us thru the process easily.

Easy to use and everything was complete and all points explained well. The only issue was I thought I was getting the Summer discount. Thought I clicked on it but in my statement showed full price.

When I needed it, they made adjustments to help me with my will. It was a positive experience working with their customer service.

I've only downloaded and used the PoA for Health Care so far, but it was easy to use. And has already been accepted by the Physician to whom it was sent. It would be helpful to be able to download the completed document as a PDF file though. I had to send 10 individual pages. Maybe there is an option for that which I missed. Also wish there was a version compatible for use with a Chromebook.

The accompanying document options were very beneficial. The actual will making was a bit challenging and perhaps disappointing. For example, early on a prompt mentions that you would have an option to exclude certain individuals later on, yet I never came across this option. Not convinced that the will making program is helpful for blended families.

I’m a retired attorney who drafted numerous wills. The software I used was costly.
Nolo Willmaker works just fine, without the high cost of an attorney.
Everything is explained in layman terms.
I’ve used Willmaker 3 times for myself in just the last 8 years.
If you are unsure of your abilities find a will making book for dummies (no offense intended). It will give you the added confidence you may currently lack.

Making legal paperwork is a time consuming effort on anyone’s part. Be it you at home or a paralegal in an office. Quicken’s Willmaker has made this process for me much less stressful and more economical than calling a lawyer!
Yes, you can do it.
I’m not done with mine but, being able to do 1 step at the time has made it easier to work toward completion.

Very easy to use and navigate. I was able to save files as PDF. What I can't figure out is if I can edit documents without paying a new fee or starting over.

My experience with this software was largely positive. The biggest problem I ran into was not being able to replicate the instructions for caregivers and survivors document. This is the most time consuming document to complete and Willmaker says it can be copied to create a template for your spouse. Unfortunately this functionality doesn’t work for this particular document. Tech support was not able to help without me sending a highly sensitive document to their software developers which I was not comfortable doing.

Could NOT log on. I have not found a phone number for tech customer service. I click forgot password and never got instructions to reset. Why is this happenng?

Years ago I bought the basic program from Costco. I could not finish my will as desired because it wouldn't let me assign different percentages to my beneficiaries.
This time I bought WillMaker Plus in order to make a TOD affidavit on our house. The software easily walked me through all the steps to accomplish this in my state (Ohio).
Now I'm working on updating my will. The new program let's me customize my beneficiaries as I want, so this time around I should be able to complete the will.
As for the complexity of using the program, I'm a tax preparer so am used to filling out forms. I feel like that may make the process a bit easier for me.
