Simon, Jeff and the team really helped to secure my loan, for my home improvements.
The comms were good and they provided appropriate advice up until completion.

This is the 2nd time I have used Willows Finance to look at our options when we needed to raise some funds for home improvements and debt consolidation. My experience has been nothing short of amazing on both occasions.
They were open and honest about what my options were, they listened to my preferences and were on hand to offer advice when needed.
I did not experience any pressure to take up the offer available to me and encouraged me to read everything carefully and were on hand to answer any queries. The fees were discussed before any agreement and these were deducted from the loan, rather than paying anything upfront.

Jeff, Jamie and Camilla, I can’t thank you enough for your help, support and professionalism. I would highly recommend Willow’s Finance and would not hesitate to use again in the future.

Would highly recommend these guys. I was lucky enough to have Jeff who took care of the loan from start to finish on what was quite a difficult case. Through no fault of willows the loan took a while but Jeff kept me updated throughout.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Jamie in particular is one of the most hard working and professional people we’ve ever worked with across any industry. I’m sure he doesn’t have any days off!

Communication if often one of the most frustrating aspects of anything like this, waiting for news, but Jamie kept us up to date daily and we never had to chase him.

We didn’t have an ideal/straight forward case and he got us exactly what we needed without ever making us feel like we were asking too much or being unrealistic. Even a couple of set backs didn’t phase him, we just re-routed.

There’s no doubt we’d come back to Willow’s for anything in the future and we’ll ensure family and friends know of our experience too.

All I can say is absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend Willow Finance. Jeff was amazing keeping me informed by text and calls 7 days a week. I was never asked to pay any fees upfront these where added to my loan. Secured loan from 1st contact to pay out was just over 3 weeks super fast service, but I did have all my documents ready, if I can give any advice always get your documents ready Payslips, ID etc ready to send. Thanks again brill company.

The staff at Willow supported me through the whole process of my loan application. Jeff particularly was amazing.
They were honest about the situation and helped get the best deal for my situation.
On completion I was away and they even helped me to be able to complete by supporting my situation.

Absolutely dreadful. Take the fee £3900 get nothing from them. I can assure you this is not fake. The advice for £3900 was poor and the transaction remained incomplete for two years until I discovered it.

Totally wasted my time proposing me for something that I wasn't eligible for. Much better brokers out there that do what they promise
