Excellent! The personnel could not have been more helpful, informative and polite with their advice. I have 100% confidence in them and cannot recommend them too highly.

A straightforward and interesting experience, as we worked our way through the detailed questionnaire and watched our will writing itself on a parallel screen.
It covered every aspect that we required to be part of our wills.
We needed to contact Which Wills directly and emails were answered promptly.
The only issue was a malfunctioning drop-down address finder.

I took advantage of a Which! Wills promotional offer of 2 separate wills for me and my partner and they were extremely good value for money.
The process of completing the Will was exceptionally simple with support readily available.
The final stage of reviewing and arranging for the Will to be printed, bound and delivered was also extremely efficient with formalisation to delivery taking only a couple of days

Applied for mirror wills for myself and my wife.
The wills were very straight forward and the process provided by Which was very easy to follow and comply with. I paid for the wills to be legally checked and the response was received within the time forecast by Which and everything went smoothly and without any stress.

I found the whole process of writing 2 wills fairly straightforward. It took a while to get used to the layout and organisation of the notes and explanations. I did find one aspect annoying. My will had multiple beneficiaries and I had to go through them a couple of times to amend. After changing the details of a beneficiary I clicked on save and the document went back to the first beneficiary. It would have been less tedious if it had just moved to the next one. Also it was not clear what to do if you already had a second will in an EU country. Found the best result by try and error.

Found the process lengthy but comprehensive and relatively easy to follow. Documents came with great advice on how to proceed. Even had the offer for wills and LPAs been full price it would have been well worth it - took advantage of the 50% discount and feel it was a wise decision. Would definitely recommend the service

Without this service I would never have got around to doing my POAs. The instructions were clear and simple. Despite Covid I managed to get everyone to sign everything and they are going off to the OPG shortly.

My legal affairs are relatively simple and although at first the LPAs looked formidable to do the process in the end was quite straightforward, if time consuming. Having the Which team in support was a great help.

My affairs are very simple so I knew I wouldn't require anything complicated. I was very happy to be guided through the questions, and the result is perfect for me. The only problem is I haven't been able to get the will witnessed yet, because of the difficulty of getting two suitable people together during lockdown!

I have needed to get my Will updated for a while. My problem was finding a reputable Will provider that was also reasonable in costs. I looked at local Solicitors but found very little response from them and that was probably due to the pandemic. My brother-in-law then suggested Which Wills which, gives me the control I desired but also assisted by having legally qualified Solicitors available online to provide advice and review. The costs for what I wanted were good, not the cheapest but I was looking for quality and being reputable rather than a cheap, quick fix which might cause problems in the future. Very happy with the service I have had and the responses were very quick and thorough.

My wife and I wanted to have mirror wills reflecting our fairly straightforward circumstances. Using the software-led process was easy to follow. We chose to pay a little extra for the legal-review option as it is so important to get it right. Whole thing took around 12 days from start to finish. Power of attorney for both health and welfare and finance and property. They were so simple to do. The instructions were first class and from my initial terror of doing something like this I couldn't believe how easy I found it. Would definitely recommend anyone to use this service.

I used this with my family to make preparations for the future. Apart from the challenges of getting witness signatures as a result of CV 19, I found it really straightforward to use with guidance notes provided at each section. WHICH reviewed my completed document (checking all sections bar signatures were completed as required) and offered some helpful suggestions as to possible amendments for the purpose of clarity later on. Would certainly recommend to others.

So uncertain how to write my will - but WHICH on line helped enormously and the feedback from the Solicitors made it even clearer for me. So I am pleased and confident now that my will is reflective of my wishes

Took far longer than I expected which was mainly our fault needing revisions after submitting to Which for review and the complications of getting witnessing during lockdown. However it is all done and registered with Certainty The National Will Register so we are satisfied and relieved that the process is over.
Our will is straightforward - just as well as found all the legal jargon quite confusing.

I like another reviewer found that couldn't include a trust within my will but only found this out after only going through the online process and then emailing. It was then I found out that I couldn’t include a trust. I received a prompt refund. Suggest that Which add to their site that this is a basic will and does not include the opportunity to include a Trust.
