Excellent product. Easy to use. Just what I wanted :)

Worked well & included specific comments from legal eagles which helped and added confidence to the process.

I am still in process of trying to complete my Which LPA's .I found the online process itself quite straight forward & I submitted my Financial LPA for scrutiny, receiving certain comments/advice quite promptly . Attempting to discuss these with someone on the 'Helpline' is just an impossible task ( the Advisers are constantly busy ) & so I have literally ground to a halt !!

It has taken me a while to do this. I was worried about doing it wrong. They were fabulous. It was easy to do. When sent it off got message about things I needed to look out. Corrected my errors and it’s all done.
Next one to do is my husband’s he saw how easy it was for me. So we doing his next. Would recommend.

This is what I expected the will service to be so happy with the quality of software ability to amend and update the will over a few weeks.

I could not believe how easy it was, I filled it all in, it was very straightforward, submitted it for review, a few days later it came back with three points that needed to be addressed. I addressed the points as requested, submitted it again and was informed it was all in order and covered everything I wanted it to. The will was then sent to be bound and came back a few days later all done. Excellent service.
The only slight problem I had was that I did not understand some of the wording that the person who reviewed the will used, but that was easy to sort out. Everything done for £118. connot beat that.

Very happy with the service, pretty straightforward making all the legalise easy to understand. Good feedback upon submission that on reflection made sense.

The program and the guidance notes were fairly easy to use. I've just sent off the Power of Attorneys (4 docs altogether) to register so hope it will go through. The main complaint is that it was not that cheap, with 4 docs and registration fees I am looking at around £900 - and to cap it all a week after I paid Which they introduced a discount of 30% - I could have cancelled and re-applied but thought Which would refund the overpayment?

I filled in most of the questions with ease but missed a couple. These were highlighted in red when the will was reviewed, and I quickly filled them in. Then the will was printed and bound and returned to me very speedily.

The form was straightforward and easy to complete. And coming from Which? the service is guaranteed to be trustworthy and reliable. Perfect!

The system and guidance notes were straight forward and easy to use. I haven’t completed the process yet as I’m reviewing the content and discussing it with all the family, but if it’s as straight forward as the initial writing process I shall be very content.

After having been totally ripped off by a company that over-complicated everything and charged a fortune for very little, the experience of doing our mirrored wills with you was such a relief. We found the whole process well-explained and easy to follow. Thank you - very happy to leave you 5 stars before we die.

I found it very difficult so my daughter has to helped me even though I didn't want her to be involved in the matter.
Also I have been waiting for weeks for the documents to arrive and I am still waiting.
I received an email yesterday saying that I have not completed it even though it went through when my daughter sent it.

I purchased a will as then tried to fill the form in lost my way .i phoned for help lovely lady very helpful , but things got very busy at home , could not focus on the wills , thankfully which wills gave me a refund ,I will try again if there is a offer again , just need a lot of help with the forms , so please set up a help line to make it easier to fill forms , but thank you which for always watching my back ,

Although this is a legal and lawful document it is reasonably easy to follow and understand for a lay person. The layout and help/support sections are good.

I thought we would get 2 wills, as I paid for the mirror will service, so I thought, I for me and I for the wife. I completed mine and sent it off, but have heard nothing about the second will for the wife if I die before her. Her will never appeared. So, if you don’t get two wills with the “mirror will” service, what’s the point, except paying more money?

We couldn't understand the form and so filled it out badly. The help was virtually non-existent with a 'you've done it wrong, fill it out again'. We had no idea how to fix it. I'm sure it might be straightforward to some but we picked this one because we knew we were novices and would need a little guidance. Not worth the money
