Wilson’s storage was great to deal with. All the staff were very understanding and made the whole process very easy since moving houses.

I’d recommend Wilson’s storage for anyone who needs to store or move houses and store anything extra doesn’t fit in your house.

Expensive, but convenient and feels safe.

The facility is always clean and access has always been easy
Use of the van to move in was also an added bonus

Brendon’s customer service was really exceptional and he explained everything in detail. He showed us the 3 storage units so we were able to see how big they were and gave us a rough idea of how to set it up so everything would fit. I did my research and got a few quotes from different storage units in Rowville and Wilson’s Storage is the cheapest in the area.

Brendon and Karen are the nicest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. They made renting my first storage unit so easy. Thanks to both of them it was a lot less stressful and nerve wracking than I thought it would be

We needed a small locker for important papers, instead we were given a wine storage locker, we constantly asked when would a normal small locker be available.
When cancelled our locker this week, we were told there was a cheaper option of what we had been asking years for? WHY weren’t we informed of the alternative after paying more than necessary for storing a few papers in a refrigerated wine storage locker??

I found Wilson Storage personnel very friendly and super helpful. Mine was a fairly last minute booking but that didn't seem to be a problem at all. I particularly appreciated the follow-up and personal attention I received. The monthly charges seem pretty good too. I feel that I am getting value for money.

The staff were always so helpful and went over and above to help with any enquiry I had.
The facility is so secure and I never had to worry about the safety of my storage for the last 2 years!
