What a delight to use Wilson Storage South Melbourne for storage during covid when I had to go back to NZ and pack my belonging remotely. The team where amazing and reassuring me and assuring me that all of my belongings and the process and documentation where taken care of. Trudy, Terry and Denise have been an absolute delight and its actually sad to leave. Thank you to the team for an excellent job .

Perfect facility with perfect access and service

Great place, clean and tidy, great access 24hrs, good lighting and plenty of trolleys to use plus the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I needed an urgent storage unit and the ladies ( Denise and Trudy ) at the South Melbourne store helped me very promptly and efficiently. Very good service. Thank you Wilson storage team.

The facility is efficient, clean and well managed with friendly staff.

Keep going back to Wilson South Melbourne when I have to store things. Professional well run facility.

Pros: Facility itself is clean, secure, enough parking in the loading zone for a handful of cars at the one time.
Not so good: Beware of the post-quote and payment process to secure storage. I didn’t realise there were so many forms to complete after I had decided to book and pay for the storage. The e-form didn’t work properly on my iPad and had to use a desktop to complete it. The entire process should have been outlined upfront prior to confirming booking and taking payment. Also, customer service was not so helpful, but better once the manager stepped in. To be honest if they hadn’t already taken my payment I would have looked for a different storage solution provider, which is aplenty in South Melbourne area.

I had a storage unit at Wilson Storage in South Melbourne for a few years until recently. Reasonably priced storage, helpful and friendly staff, recommended :)
