Wilson Storage - South Melbourne レビュー

Keep going back to Wilson South Melbourne when I have to store things. Professional well run facility.

Pros: Facility itself is clean, secure, enough parking in the loading zone for a handful of cars at the one time.
Not so good: Beware of the post-quote and payment process to secure storage. I didn’t realise there were so many forms to complete after I had decided to book and pay for the storage. The e-form didn’t work properly on my iPad and had to use a desktop to complete it. The entire process should have been outlined upfront prior to confirming booking and taking payment. Also, customer service was not so helpful, but better once the manager stepped in. To be honest if they hadn’t already taken my payment I would have looked for a different storage solution provider, which is aplenty in South Melbourne area.

I had a storage unit at Wilson Storage in South Melbourne for a few years until recently. Reasonably priced storage, helpful and friendly staff, recommended :)

Your entire team at Wilson Storage in South Melbourne was especially accommodating at short notice, professional, friendly with a first class facility that i was very comfortable leaving my valuable possessions at. A special thank you must go to the site manager Ariane Rogers who looked after me whilst checking in & also in closing my account. I hope that you one day open sites in Brisbane & the Gold Coast so that i may again utilise the same excellent services you provided to me in South Melbourne. Offer such flexibility in changing your storage units and for us as a bigger business we have a few deliveries and they let us delivery stuff there from time to time.
