Wilson Storage レビュー

Both Adriana and Craig were especially welcoming with amazing customer service skills. They helped make the whole process extremely simply.

Explained everything, helpful. The entire experience was seamless, thank you to, two amazing people.

Great customer service, helpful staff, good facilities.

Staff on desk are very welcoming, approachable, helpful in so many ways. They made our decisions easy.

Cate was fantastic to deal with always communicating well. Storage unit had great security
Didn’t like the constant price rises

Easy experience from move in to leaving. The free use of a van was a huge bonus.

The help and atmosphere provided by the staff on site

The security is excellent. I like the idea of using a secret code to open and close main gate and storage area door.
Chris (in the office) is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The only problem I have had, is the ramp leading into the storage area is a little steep, as the trolley nearly knocked me off my feet going down it.

Very helpful, friendly staff which made everything so easy

I like their staff- friendly and accommodating. Easy access anytime of the day. Clean. Secured. Different types of trolleys are available to use when moving things. Ease of going up and down with big/multiple items due to the industrial elevator. Reasonable price.
One thing I do not like which is significant and a priority/a must for me next time if I look for a storage unit facility - the storage unit MUST be fully covered- the one that we have now is not- the top is completely exposed to dust and water if ever there is a leak in the roof- it is secured by barrier just similar to chicken wire so everything is dusty - I just realised this later when I returned to get something and found every exposed surface to be covered in dust - it would have been better if it is like a container unit so the dust cannot come in - I guess Wilson Storage will have to install individual lights to each storage if that is the case which means more cost to them - but I do not mind paying to keep everything free from dust - you pay more for less work and convenience- I dread the day when everything needs to be moved to the new house 😩😩😩😩😩
This is the reason why I can only give them 3 stars.

The facility is a great setup, staff are pleasant to deal with and highly understanding, which is appreciated. Prices for some of the bigger units are a little steep. Thanking you for your provision of the space regardless though.

I am happy and confident

Staff great very helpful..been storing my books here for years..
Pricing is okay..could take into account a loyalty fee..

Nigel assisted me in getting me the space I needed quick and efficiently. Easy to access facilities and wonderful friendly staff.

They were and are very helpful and provided me with the best option and deal.

Great support when needed it and customer service from John and Michelle.
