Wilson Storage レビュー

The storage space at Wren Road was very good with easy access to my shed. I enjoyed having my building equipment & supply’s in storage with the assurance of security . I am now semi retired & no longer able to afford the cost of the rental. Many thanks. Garry.

Very friendly & a safe place for storing your treasures. The customer service is excellent

Reasonable rates and my items stayed dry and safe.
Always helpful service

I had a positive experience with Wilson Storage in Box Hill South between December 2025 - May 2026.

William & Ivy were exceptional to deal with during our interactions in person & over the phone.
Both were very polite, helpful & well spoken, showing a high level of professionalism & flexibility with payment arrangements during a period of financial hardship.

It was a relief & one less thing to worry about knowing that my personal belongings were safe & protected during a time of uncertainty.

My first month's rent was free that included the transportation of my belongings using the Wilson company van.

Very Grateful & Thankful to the team at Wilson Storage Box Hill South.
I Would highly recommend.

All the best,

Ryan Michael McCrossan

Having never had storage unit before I was made very welcome by Adriana, her customer service was great to experience. No pressure selling just 'what is it I am looking for" and see if we can accommodate. Thank you very much. Regards Ian

Staff are friendly , polite and easy to deal with
Storage area very clean

Michelle was excellent and made the process easy

Great site and staff

The staff were very helpful. The facility was very clean and easy to access. It was great to have use of the van to move our things.

Your front line people are the ones that made life easy for me - I have had 3 storage units with you and the guy at the front desk has helped me every time so much his name is Jayden I think he is the best I am sure that’s his name but I can honestly say he is an asset for your co.

It provides all necessary facilities to store goods and convenient access from early morning to late night.

The early management was un helpful and positioned people with little room to get in or out.

Feel my belongings and children’s are well protected and the prize is worth it!
Staff are amazing and helpful.

Arranging set up and gaining access is super easy, Cate was incredible to deal with and more than helpful at all times always provided the best customer service, the storage facility was easy to access, location wise great and very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend using Wilson storage.

On three occasions our storage unit was broken into. On each occasion within a week our rent for the unit was increased. The day we moved everything out we somehow set off the alarm, no-one came to check it and eventually it turned itself off. Very unhappy with the service

They were very helpful and Michelle was very pleasant to deal with and very understanding, thank you.

John couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem and the storage is impeccably clean and tidy. Secure and easy access.
Highly recommended 👍

Terry Gleeson @ Wilson Storage, South Melbourne - Outstanding service and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Communication was always clear, prompt and professional, which made the entire process a breeze. The South Melb location is super convenient and the facility itself was always clean, highly secure and very easy to access. Terry went above and beyond to assist and I can't thank or recommend him more highly, cheers Terry!

Great customer service. Easy to access gates. Good access to facility, and clean storage space.
