Buongiorno
Buongiorno, ho fatto un ordine di 5 bottiglie di Champagne, credevo che fosse un negozio a Roma, è più esattamente in via Cavour. Da circa una settimana che tento di telefonare ai numeri del negozio, ho mandata tre mail ma senza risposta. Dal tracciamento della spedizione mi accorgo che lo champagne, viene spedito direttamente dalla Cina. Questa è una situazione molto grave!! Aspetto chiarimenti da parte dell’azienda !!
