21 Day Self Drive Booking Simply Ignored
I submitted a web form for a 21 day self drive trip to Scotland next year.
I received the following reply:
"Many thanks for your inquiry.
Unfortunately, due to staffing issues, weÂŽre not offering English-speaking tours at the moment.
Kind regards,
Maike Neuhaus
General Manager
Wind & Cloud Travel LTD"
I then responded to point out that this was clearly a self-drive tour, not an English speaking guided tour.
I was then ignored.
This is certainly not a company I would book at, with such a terrible attitude towards customers.
Anyway, they have permanently lost my business.
