Love the windows and how they look. The installation was good they only thing was that they brought the incorrect window and had to reschedule for around a month later which was September now it September they get here and look at the window and state they have wrong size again. So I guess I will be waiting another month and hopefully they bring the correct window.

It is OK. This is first time with a new window.

Salesman good and installers good. Have a replacement glass warranty. Called C.S. to replace a broken glass. Was told it would cost me about $175.00. Called Salesman and he took care of it. Service guy shows up and has the glass only. We both agreed that it should be the whole sash from the factory. He left. It's been a week and have not heard from anyone at WN. I expected more out of WN after spending over $25,000.00 with them. Been about 6 months and I still have a broken window. Never had this problem when I used another window company (WW) at my previous address! Very poor support after the sales that WN needs to address! Still waiting to hear back from them.

They arrived at the time scheduled and completed the window within two hours. My husband was even asked to inspect the work during and after completion. I would say it was a job well done.

Salesman was incredibly pushy. He didn’t consider the window types I wanted. He kept dropping the down payment till it hit 0. Then, when I said I wanted to wait a little, get a mortgage payment or two done, he continued to push me towards the sale. By then I just wanted the man out of my new house — I had climbed over a hundred flights of stairs and I was sweaty, tired, over it. When I finally signed, he made several paperwork errors that caused him to stay for another 30 minutes. He also made several remarks about how I had “much to do/repair” with the house — the windows are the only thing that needed done. Whole thing took like 2.5hrs. Windows needed production time, took a month. The installation took a day and that was fine. My only gripe about the installation crew was that they left my all my lights on. Come on, turn things off when you’re done. They cleaned up mostly and took their trash. The worst part is the salesman. I don’t recommend this company based on the salesman alone.

It was very great the crew came on time and put the windows in perfectly that were very kind and very respectful of my home they told me everything that was going on with the project and in complete contact with everything they were doing. Everything was clean once they had finished and walked around with me to show me how everything window and door work. I want to thank them for everything they had done to improve the beauty of my home

Very professional, the team doing the installation of our windows were polite and efficient. The windows were top notch. I would recommend Windows Nation to anybody looking to upgrade their windows.

Did a great job of explaining how their windows were made & what to expect with the installation. The installers arrived on time, worked as a team, cleaned up as they went and did excellent & professional job. I am very happy with my new windows and would not hesitate to recommend they to anyone looking for quality windows at a reasonable price. Kay in PTC

The team work the way ya'll stay in contact with update and flexible schedule kind staff

Sales person was honest and personable through the sales process. One minor delay with the permit which was no big deal for us and when the installation crew showed up they got right to work and impressively installed all 8 windows before lunch time. They cleaned up and then went over how the windows functioned. The only thing I could add would be to double check the clean up, dont get my wrong they were awesome, but I found pieces of broken glass on the floor of my toddlers room. Almost anything else anywhere else I wouldn't say anything but if his foot got cut I would be pretty upset, but again 99.9% of everything we are extremely happy with.

Great windows! We had to replace practically all of the windows in our house (41), so we knew it was going to be an extensive experience. The windows themselves are great and the installation crew were nice and professional. Had a couple of issues with a few windows, but they were cleared up by Window Nation quickly. Two main things on why I didn't give 5 stars. The first was that our salesman styled himself as our project manager and stated that he would be with us the whole way. He wasn't. Didn't even know the date of our install - I had to call him about it - and never checked on us afterwards. You'd think with as big a project as we had, that someone would've at least did a quality control check afterwards, but it didn't happen. The second is that they don't tell you that you may lose some viewable window surface area by the replacements. We lost about 320 square inches of viewable window space from 4 windows because of the replacements. While we cannot fault that these replacement windows are by far better than we had, we were not expecting to lose that much. Overall a great product and would recommend them to others.

The installation was onerous despite the people being really kind. The wrong window, etc. For the price, I expected more. All in all it ended well and quite beautiful but took multiple months and very little communication from the company.

The crew was very pleasant and efficient to change 23 windows out in a day and take the time to let us know the door was coming and kept us informed throughout the window installs

Noel and Weyma were great, hard workers, never complained, did an excellent job of removing and installing our windows, if I ever get more windows I’ll ask for them. Their the BEST!

Kyle was great. Love our windows. Had some hiccups and clean up lacked, but we would finish our house with window nation again.

All of the customer service was great from the sales person to the finance people to the measuring person up until installation when I encountered the Customer Service Manager. He was extremely rude. There was a communication issue regarding my appointment confirmation (it was not confirmed). His approach was to prove me wrong, chastise, punish, and attempt to charge me ($350), as opposed to resolve the issue. He was extremely rude. I never received my confirmation (no text, no email, no voicemail). I didn’t receive the text with my two hour window for my appointment time, only the date. The CS Manager was argumentative with me instead of recognizing that there was a communication error. I even told him I was going to let WN know I no longer wanted to do business with them, due to my interaction with him. His response, was “tell them”. So I’m telling everyone now . I would rate him below zero stars. Because everyone else was so great I went with 2 Stars.

Due to the “Customer Service” manager’s argumentative behavior towards me, I’m not sure if I’m gonna finish the rest of my window project at my house with Window Nation. My experience with him left a very, very bad taste in my mouth. All other staff interactions were great. But it only takes one rotten apple, to spoil the whole bunch.
