Window Nation - Cherry Hill & Philadelphia レビュー

Jesse was great to work with. Took the extra time to go over all the details.

After sales there products speak to one of the exterior design consultants behaving Rudely over the phone instead of listening to the customer Strongly not recommend

From sales person to installers, everyone was really great. We love the windows.

Windows look great, installers were friendly and hard working.

No issues with the product. Crew showed up when they were supposed to on a day that the rain was monsoon conditions. They assured me they would start on the covered porch windows and wait for the rest. They didn't wait, during the worst of the storm my living room had no windows and was exposed to torrential rain.
The windows were installed from the inside rather than the outside which damaged all 23 window sills in my home and now is in need of repairs and paint.( i just had the inside of my home painted less than 6 months ago!). I would like someone to contact me about how to resolve this issue.

Every interaction beginning with my initial visit with Jesse Lakits including the measure technician and installation was a 5 star experience. I will definitely recommend Window Nation to all of my family and friends!

Karl Fulton was a great design consultant! Highly recommend!

Quality windows with excellent installation.

Very happy. My old windows were the house's originals and 74 years old. I bought the sliding windows and couldn't be happier. It was a good day all in all...

Extremely frustrated with Window Nation!! From the start, there were major communication issues. My initial deposit check was lost when my sales rep left, causing delays with no proactive communication. I gave my deposit check on October 14th and I was not told about the lost check until December 1st. I placed my order in October 2025 and paid fully in January 2026, yet my project is still not complete.

A week after installation, a window actually fell out, setting off my alarm and sending police to my home, which was incredibly stressful. Since then, getting it fixed has been a nightmare with poor communication, long delays, and being told a replacement part was ordered when it wasn't. I've had to repeatedly follow up for updates instead of the company taking responsibility.

This has been a months long, stressful experience for a very expensive purchase. Despite multiple errors and ongoing issues, I've received nothing and no real resolution or compensation. I would not recommend based on my experience!!

The technician was very professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with.
Your company is fortunate to have him as an employee!!!!

Came on time, explained the issue and fixed it professionally

Love my windows

Workers were very polite and cleaned up after done

Steve and Matt were professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. They assessed the situation and quickly knew what the problem was. They explained everything to us

The crew that replaced the windows was prompt, courteous and professional. The foreman kept me abreast of the window replacement schedule so that we could utilize certain areas of the house where they were not scheduled to work. Also, they cleaned up well after working in a particular area.

the installers were very good, on time, attentive, and professional.

We highly recommend Window Nation. The installers arrived on time, were professional, and delivered high-quality work. We are very pleased with the results.

The crew arrived promptly, worked at full speed and put in the new windows. No mess left behind! The windows look great and the house feels warmer (wintertime).
