Window Nation - Cherry Hill & Philadelphia レビュー

The crew was excellent. They set up to keep the rooms worked in clean. They were very organized, efficient, and hard workers. They were friendly and answered questions patiently.

The guys did a great job. Everything was perfect and no problems I would recommend them to anybody who needs new windows.

Window Nation did a great job from ordering through installation. The were always prompt and on time (even when I wasn't!) and were very professional. Although the installers weren't proficient in English (they were Ukranian), we found a way to communicate well (using Google translate) and things went smoothly! They finished the installation in less time than stated and showed me all the wonderful features of my new windows. I will definitely call them again if/when I need more windows replaced. Thank you!

The crew arrived on time and completed all of the work within the given time frame. They explained what they did along the way and what they had to replace. They even fixed my front door so it opened properly.

For my original install, a much smaller window was delivered instead of what was needed. I was told by the installers that the right one was likely back at the warehouse and could probably be installed in a week. A balancer also broke when I attempted to clean one of the windows that did get installed. No one from the office reached out to perform any kind of customer service (apologize, set an install date for the correct window), and multiple phone calls weren’t returned. When I was able to get through, it was to an operator who wasn’t able to give me any kind of real information. Ultimately, it appears the wrong window had in fact been ordered, so I had to wait another six weeks to get it installed. I was told that the installers would take a look at the broken balancer and fix it the same day, but they didn’t have the piece to do so, even though I had sent a picture of it to them previously. During this period, the only time I was reached out to was when the window was received and they were ready to schedule the install. I tried to get a hold of customer service several times but without success. I still haven’t heard anything about the broken piece since an auto-message about 3 weeks ago.
The install was otherwise generally fine, and I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. Usually when they do though, a company will make sure they’re working to make it right as quickly and painlessly as possible, maybe take something off the cost, and certainly keep the customer up to date on how things are coming along. Nothing like that happened here. It’s as if there’s no customer service department at all. Hard to imagine from a larger company like Window Nation, but here we are. Very disappointing to say the least.

My windows are installed in cold weather, but what a difference. My home is warmer and we reduced our heat by 5 degrees. Awesome! The installation team lead by Carlos Silva and the team of 6 were absolutely incredible. I’ve never had an installation or any work done on my property as professional, courteous, detailed and high quality like the Silva Team provided. I would like them to return to install the small window for my bathroom once it’s produced. I want them. Also, I’d highly recommend them for as many projects as you can. They were absolutely outstanding. I’m considering replacing doors and Ud work with you and request them to install. Depute the 1 window issue, I’m incredibly happy and impressed! I’m glad to complete a review for Window Nation. I’ll keep the lawn sign up for as long as it lasts. Highly recommend! Custom windows that are high quality and great installation! Thanks!

Easy people to deal with from salesperson to installers.

The guys you sent to put in my widows were polite and the good experience with the windows they were putting in

Professional, on time and worked non stop

Guy showed up on time , everything looked beautiful. Windows fit perfect and really make a big difference.

Had to call initially, to reschedule proposed date to install because windows would not be factory ready by then, per email received.
The team that came out to do the install were very professional and clearly work well together as a team. Thorough clean up after much appreciated! Windows look awesome!

We had serious concerns the day of instillation and could not get a hold of anyone. We left messages and to this day have not heard from window nation.

The crew was on time. Finished early and cleaned up when they were finished

The three men who came and installed my windows were very courteous. They cleaned up and removed the stickers off the windows too. The sashes need to be replaced they ordered eight slates instead of six. So they said they would replace them promptly.

Men were courteous and professional.

The new windows look great the installers were friendly and cleaned up after themselves really well and did a really good job installing and cleaning up from the old windows

Crew arrived exactly on time and worked well together to complete my project in one day. They were courteous and professional and left my home as clean as they found it.

The installation went smoothly, and the technicians all worked diligently.

All the workers were so sufficient caring about our house and the items in it very knowledgeable what they do. Very cold day putting our windows in no complaints from the workers. Definitely will recommend them.

The guys were great. I did have a dented piece on the front panel of the door that was damaged upon arrival which wasn't their fault. But when they nailed my door in on the inside they didn't cover the nails and it looks horrible. When they come to replace my panel are they able to fix the holes on the inside also if I purchase an electronic lock are they able to put it in. I know we talked about it when we originally ordered the door. Please let me know so I can go purchase one to be installed
