Window Nation - Chicago レビュー

The installation crew did an excellent job! I examined every window and I didn’t have to touch up any paint. The caulking was superb. Their cleanup inside and outside was more than I expected. This was all done in December with snow still on the ground. My installers—Peter and Luke were the best!

The men were very polite and did agreat Jon fixing my screen and the piece of wood That was loose.

Has been just one day, but the installers were quick, professional and cleaned up when done. Windows look good, and so far they seem to be keeping the cold out and not in,

The crew was really good

Seamless experience from the sales presentation by Adam measurement, constant updates on the production from Tiffany, and then a outstanding installation from Alex and his team, who worked no stop in 17 degree temps till everything was perfect. Thank You Greg M

Crew was awesome from salesman to measuring person to the installation crew
Very satisfied

We have been very impressed every step of the way. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and professional at the sales appointment and called after the installation to check on our satisfaction, The measurement technician was right on time and efficient. Holly kept us updated on the progress of our windows, set up a convenient installation time and contacted us afterwards to see how things went. Although it was extremely cold and we had 10.5” of snow on the ground, the installers did an excellent job— they were very precise, covered the carpet, cleaned up afterwards and demonstrated how to operate the windows for cleaning.
We will be calling again in the spring and will definitely recommend Window Nation to others.

Everyone was very professional, great job by the 3 installers.

Friendly knowledgeable efficient

The installation was smooth and the windows were a good value, except they left marks from the ladders on my siding and I have called at least 8 times to get them to come and clean it up but everyone just keeps putting me off.

Brad came to help lock my windows. He was great! So pleasant and courteous. Also he helped get my name straightened out in the office and had them send paperwork to me that I had requested several times. Thanks Brad!

Excellent measurement and installation crews. Customer service made it very easy when we made a change to our exterior color.
Installation crew explained their process and showed me the features of the windows. Crew covered everything in our home and made sure the area both inside and out was cleaned up.

Good Quality work

We have had our sliding door for approx. 6 months and it has worked for about 1 month out of that. Continually when we have service requests to fix it after it breaks again they take weeks to schedule and the customer service line gives us the run around. The door still does not work.

From start to finish we were very happy with the experience! The house is much quieter/insulated and the windows look amazing! Lucas and his helper did an amazing job on the install.

Love the work, Professional and my windows looks soo beautiful.

The whole process was very easy and excellent. Philip and Vito did a great job, installing my sliding window, and they cleaned up exceptionally well would definitely hire window nation again for any other window projects, I may have

From initial appointment and review of project needs, to ongoing communication, to installation, to finished project; we couldn’t be more satisfied. Upfront pricing. Friendly, knowledgeable sales agent. And now; with the cooler weather seeping in, the windows have a noticeable difference in maintaining indoor warmth. Quieter too.

The installation process was fine, for the most part. However, one of our screens was broken, and another window jams whenever you try to open it. We paid a lot of money, but not for damaged products, and I've reached out to the company, but have yet to hear back as to when these things will be fixed.
