We are very pleased with the work that was done. Professional installers. A two man crew installed 12 windows in one day with two large windows. I would recommend Window Nation to anyone.

Crew was prompt and worked efficiently to complete window install to our expectations. Would rate higher, however; one out of the 18 windows be replaced was the incorrect size and had to be reordered. Due to this we had to wait an additional 4 weeks for the final front entry-way picture window to be delivered, which then required us to clean it after installation.

The installer were just awesome przmemek and yurii always kept our home clean and with very little clean up for us to do. The windows were installed correctly and foamed correctly and completely caulked the entire window and smoothed the caulk on all windows, we were pleasantly surprised how much warmer the house feels. We greatly appreciated the care the installer took in our home. 😁😁😁😁

From start to finish my experience with Window Nation was excellent. The in-home salesman and customer service reps were helpful and warm, the installer was professional and skilled and the window product is top notch! Thank you for making my window replacement easy and worry-free!

Overall great experience. Sometimes the emails and calls and texts are overkill.

Arrived at 9:30 and out at 2:00. All 7 windows done to the standards that were signed for, and the clean-up was very good.

The guys worked very efficiently, always asked before doing something. There was a little struggle with language barrier but it all ended up good. Very pleased with their work and the windows.

Very good product at competitive price. The installers were a very good, efficient team and got all windows and patio door installed in one day. Very careful with tarps inside to cover work areas as well as cleaning up outside.

Sadly the first time our windows were installed they did not match our HOA requirements. We then had to start the ordering and installation process over again and eventually customer service stopped following up with us. An installation tech had to contact us to fix the problem. No compensation was given for this mistake or inconvenience.
The technician was wonderful but for a company that prides itself on communication and customer service I was disappointed at the lack of both.

Window installers have to work at a fast pace which I understand but that gives them no time to be careful. This is our home and we do not want extra damage done to the home.
